I ordered a new badminton racquet plus some accessories earlier this week and it arrived the next day. Not only that but the courier specified a one hour slot for delivery and the package arrived bang on time! Bearing in mind that we are now in the middle of the Christmas period, this is in my view outstanding service. Well done PDHsports!

I bought 2 tecnifibre rackets and they were delivered the next day FOC, i even received a text giving an approximate time of delivery, the parcel arrived 2 minutes early !!!.
I have dealt with PDH when we kitted out our 3 squash teams with shirts and the service and price was excellent.

Ive just ordered some more kit for my son.

Popped down to their store and received great customer service. They were kind enough to allow me to try out 5 various squash rackets at their adjacent squash court thereby allowing me to pick the racket that felt right for me. Good prices to boot. A1 service!

I recently used PDH sports to purchase same ASICS trainer's. I found their knowledge of the shoes I was interested in extremely helpful, they were incredibly helpful. My trainers were with me the next day. An amazing service, I will definitely be using PDH sports again and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I don't normally do reviews but I just used PDHsports for the first time. I can't guarantee they are the cheapest ,I did look around ,but the process was just clockwork. The racquets arrived almost before I hit the order button. Incredible service . Thank you !

Already made a few purchases with PDHsports and their services are fantastic, probably the best customer service I have ever witnessed. Good prices and large range of products to choose from.

This was my first purchase through PDH and although some minor hiccups the Customer Service I have received in relation to my order has been fantastic. Many others out there could learn a lot from you, well done and thanks again.

Ordered before 2pm on Tuesday, my parcel arrived safely on Wednesday morning. Free one day delivery - fantastic!

i bought a new head squash racket last month and the top of the frame was broken after glided it on the court wall. sent it back to their headquarter in duffield on friday and have promised me to settle the problem on the next week. Got it back on the next wednesday with a new replacement racket after the racket checked by the Head's representative. normally other company will take few weeks to get their customers' problems solved. I really appreciate and really amazed on how they handle their customers' problem. If there are 10 stars above to rate i would rate 10 out of 10. thank you very much for the company 5 stars +++++++

Ordered the Karakal RB25 Racket Bag on Friday and got the bag on Monday! Fantastic! Thank you!

I ordered a pair of squash shoes as a gift and these arrived swiftly. Unfortunately they were a half size too small (the recipient seems to wear trainers of differing sizes...) and I had to exchange them. PDH were very helpful on the telephone and then extremely swift in their service when I returned them. The replacement shoes were with me within two working days of my posting back the originals - you can't get better than that!

Item is a Christmas present so cannot make comment on the item but from the time the order was placed I was able to track and see when it was going to arrive very good way of doing it.
