I was stressed beyond measure as my doctor at Kaiser is no longer allowed to write support letters for pets and although I’ve had one for the last three years they just aren’t budging but they said to look into options such as this! I literally been reading reviews and checking prices for the last week and came across your site, let’s just say it’s the most affordable that I’ve come across for what I needed. Honestly, I understand making things hard so everyone isn’t calling their pet a support animal but those with real mental health struggles have to be helped and I felt like this site is a great advocate for those with such needs.

Everything was so easy to complete and being able to do it all from home was extremely helpful due to my particular situation. The review and final results were fast which is so helpful because now I can get an apartment and not have the stress of additional large deposits and monthly rent for my service animal.

The process was so quick and easy, one of the cheapest way to go about making your pet an ESA!

The product and service in regard to the product have been fine. I had an issue with a refund for a duplicate order and the procedure in place for that process could use work. Either that process happens irregularly or is a struggle by design. Waiting for a conclusion to make a decision which.
