I have asked that my renewed license…
I have asked that my renewed license have the 3 cats name be put on the main sheet and I’m being ignored. I also need additional paperwork filled out for an apartment to approve me. A women named Gail filled out the additional paperwork but did not include my animals names and put the wrong date plus autofilled everything so the apartments will not accept it. I have relentlessly tried to contact you and have been ignored.

I can’t thank you enough for getting my dogs approved to be ESA’s. I can finally take my pups everywhere with me with little to no hassle at all! Awesome service that I have been using for three years now I have been able to get in and out of Apartments without any pain a dollar for my pitbull. Would you recommend to any friends and family. Manuel was great to work with he was fast and swift. Gail and Christa is the reason for only four stars. I felt like they were not doing their best to help me with getting a signature that I needed for my apartment.

Quick and simple service!
I ordered my first esa letter back in 2020 and when I went to move in 2023 the new landlord was requesting an updated letter. I went online and payed the rate to renew my letter, which only costed like 49 bucks. I also needed to add another pet to my ESA letter which, Ryan helped me do for no extra charge. The process was simple and fast. Ryan was amazing and responded super quick!
