Scam Fake Company
One of the worst experiences I ever had with a company anywhere. First off they advertise it being free if it takes over 12 hours. It did, wasnt free. This was a lie.
Secondly all their doctors are fake. The doctors number was fake.
To fly most airlines you need sign up with open doors. My application got denied due to PDS not having the doctor call back to verify for days.
They have refused a refund depsite taking over 12 hours for delivery and having sent them proof the airline declined all their info.
I will be reporting the doctor and this company. Sketchy af!

Give it a try!
Initially, I was a little skeptical about getting an ESA letter offline but my primary doctor was sending me through unnecessary hoops, leaving me feeling frustrated and back at square one. I decided to go through with this option and was pleasantly surprised at the turnaround time and the professionalism of the ESA letters. I even made a mistake and they corrected it and resent an updated one all within the 48hrs. I would highly recommend this service. Thank you for providing such great customer service and support.

I will be demanding my money back or…
I will be demanding my money back or disputing with CC I have had nothing but problems with this co. They lied said I would have digital files in 12 hrs. Still nothing I received an email payment needed to be made but it has already posted on CC. I sent email and called and got hung up and no response on email I went with this Co because of Trustpilot but never again

Hi! Please provide more details and we will settle this for you asap, currently most orders are processed within the 12 hours period and we make sure we trace each order. Sometimes, the digital copies are just in the spam folder.
