Peace With The Wild Reviews 

I brought the shower steamer soap to help with Anxiety. I was really excited to use it but unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. I couldn't smell anything in the shower and it didn't really do anything for me. It dissolves really quickly. It's not something I would buy again.

I have used their shampoo bars and how ever much i rinse my hair they leave a nasty residue on the scalp. I have used their washing up brushes etc but they do not last and are expensive.
I have a query about their products but they do not reply to emails

I had a problem with a product that wasn't fit for purpose and broke before I even got to use it. I emailed to request a refund and was asked for photos. I provided these then was told to return the item so they could 'examine' it. They said they would try to contact the supplier but they couldn't promise anything with regards to a refund. I wrote again to express my disappointment with their response and to remind them that as the retailer it is their responsibility to refund products that aren't fit for purpose under the Customer Rights Act. Haven't heard from them since. Best avoided.

I've been shopping with them for quite a while and they are always fast and accurate.
The only thing I would like to see on their website are product reviews, because some products are not great but expensive and it would be nice to know in advance before having to throw them away.
I buy my nuts and granola and they're always great quality.

i think they have really good products and that are not only good for the enviroment but also better for your body that some products by bug companies with a bunch of unknown chemicals in them, plus they gave me a full refund after i forgot to unsubscribe to a purchaise

Hot water bottle with knitted cotton covers. This is great; good quality, comfortable to use and the materials are environmentally friendly. I have used this company a few times and always found them very good.

Tried like ten times to login with the only password I've ever used and is in my Google passcode chain permanently. Wanted to leave a review for a product line that is very unsafe for anyone with lung issues (asthma, CF, etc), yet couldn't even do that. We've ordered from them a few times, because we love the idea of it....but every scented thing has been effing horrible on my lungs (one squirt of the surface cleaner woke me from a dead sleep having a severe coughing/gagging fit....my lungs won't recover for days), and unfortunately we'd ordered the whole Mack pack...ugh. Shame. Back to Koh it is; had an unfortunate incident with a faulty bottle so thought we'd try something else, just to see. Never again.

Love Peace With The Wild, I wanted sensitive toothpaste and I emailed to ask advice, I had a very detailed reply and have found the right product for me thanks to their help. I've ordered many other products and every time they have been dispatched quickly and the products are good quality. I would definitely recommend them.

I buy from Peace with the Wild on a regular basis, and on negatives I will only say that the search feature doesn't always come up with what's actually listed (and until recently there had been a search feature that was quite awful but this seems to have been rectified now), and that there is no feedback or rating options for products. Other than that, I love what this site is all about. Sure, some of the products might seem a bit pricy, but they actually last a good long while when used properly.

Peace with the Wild is the eco-friendly site I buy from most often, and it has a good loyalty scheme which nets customers discounts with the accumulation of points. I tend to only need to buy from them every few months or so, as £50+ gives free postage. So I buy a bulk order of £50 or over once in a while and the items always last - as said - a good while. Whether it's haircare/skincare, travel or kitchenware, or even plastic free pasta/grains/cereal etc, there's a really good range and I highly recommend them.

EDIT 8th Jan 2024: I thought the awful search feature (where it brings up a box and remembers your keywords) had been fixed, as the last time I went on the site in November it seemed to have been removed. I went to shop on the site today, and it's back again! So, I'm dropping my review down another star.

I have been a customer for several years (overdue review, sorry!) and I have nothing but good comments. They have a variety of ecological products, the website is easy to use and the delivery is always on time.

I have ordered products with them on 2 occasions and unfortunately both times I have experienced
A lack of product in the bottles. Which is annoying as they were not cheap and not getting much for my money anyway.
When I contacted them via email there was no resolution I was asked to send pictures which I did and then there response was "we measured it correctly" I informed them of my disspointmen in there response and they have ignored my email since then. Very poor customer service, I am not used to this from a company. Very bad!

UPDATE!!!

Sadly the shampoo anti-dandruff pineapple bar appears to be making our scalps itchier!
I have emailed Peace with the Wild to let them know.
So disappointed as really don't want to return to using Nizoral.
I'm hoping they can help me.

I ordered from Peace with the wild in September.
I've been reducing my plastic use for some time, but wanted to find a shampoo bar for my sensitive scalp as current one wasn't helping.
I ordered the anti-dandruff shampoo bar, pineapple, travel size, as needed to ensure it was good before buying bigger.
I am really impressed with how far it is lasting between me and my son using it.
My son's dandruff has cleared, and my scalp is not itchy and sore anymore.
Also bought environmentally friendly paper bags and a canteen steel plate, both of which I am delighted with.
I will be back for more!

I’m over the moon with my shampoo bar! I wanted a change when it came to my hair, using store brought shampoos was destroying my hair so I turned to this company to purchase a shampoo bar. At first I was surprised with the size as I thought it would be bigger when it was delivered but this isn’t an issue at all as after a month of use is has hardly changed size at all! As a student this is a cheaper alternative to renewing harsh superstore shampoos! I would love to try a conditioner next! I can also go up to a week sometimes more without having to wash my hair! Super happy with my purchase <3
