Avoid the Orange Toothpaste Tablets!

These are extremely delicate and turn to crumbs at the slightest pressure. Many arrived broken. Not sure what's gone wrong because my previous tables from a few months ago were really firm and needed to be chewed to break them down.

I did contact customer support, but in their initial reply, they just advised me to use the broken tablets! No offer of a replacement. The tablets aren't fit for purpose, and obviously can't handle the storage / transport conditions.

They used to be great. They seemed to care. Now, they're happy to sell products that contain methylisothiazolinone and describe those products as natural and free of chemicals.... And if you talk to the company about their misleading description, they simply don't care. Too bad. We'll shop directly with the manufacturers now.

I bought some dishwasher tablets from these people and they coated my dishes and dishwasher in a thick, hard, white residue. I've now got to scrub everything to try to get it off.
I emailed them to let them know and received back a sanctimonious email saying the tablets are not suitable for a hard water area and they do try to make this clear on the website - all with screenshots and red ringed areas to show where I had been a fool to not stringently check every word of a product's description looking for something I've never needed to look for before when purchasing dishwasher tabs. I was informed I would not be getting a refund.
It's not the money I mind, it's the attitude.

Lovely company, so helpful with any enquiries i had. I am about to make my first purchase soon and will leave another review then. But from having a look through on the website all of the products are absolutely wonderful and knowing that these beautiful products are all natural is wonderful for the environment. Thank you for everything you are doing.

I have ordered a few times with PWTW and I only had excellent service. Even when something was wrong with the order I received it got immediately sorted. The negative reviews on Trustpilot I have seen are all about products that didn't work for them, so am not sure why they are listed under a company review. This is a great company with lots of great products, some of which may not fulfil your needs but the company itself is outstanding. I definitely will order more in the future!!!

I loved the ethos of this company, but it does not stick to it. I purchased a wooden shaver that would "last a lifetime". It ended up snapping, I emailed twice to see if it could be fixed or just a part replaced as some of it was still usable, I thought the company would be glad to help, but after 2 attempts I had no reply. I didn't expect it to be replaced but just a response to a loyal customer would of been nice!! Won't use again.

I missed the delivery of my parcel and subsequently it was sent back to Peace With the Wild. They got in contact promptly and made it very easy for my parcel to be redelivered/refunded.

Always love their range of products and are my first port of call when looking for a zero-waste/eco-friendly alternative. Thankfully not needed to contact them before for any issues, but when my order went missing (Royal Mail fault) they were super helpful in getting my parcel to me. A big shout out to William for being a star!

I have used PWTW many times now since the beginning of 2020 and have only had a couple issues both of which were resolves very quickly and easier.
I love how they now have food such as pasta, which I only have access to one other option for plastic free options, and if I need other items as well PWTW is perfect.
I just wish they had the option to add product reviews to help inform others on the product

I've placed 2 orders now and both arrived very quickly and am very happy with the products. Bought the mineral face powder and it's really good.

I bought a couple of make up items from this company. The mascara and lip gloss are fine but the foundation dried my skin out, was streaky and did not blend.
I sent a polite email asking to process a refund as the product appeared faulty - I got a reply to say these products are non refundable and the director loves the foundation, I should try applying it with a brush.
I had used a brush originally and regardless of who else may like the product, it definitely appeared faulty.
This website labels cosmetics as non refundable, even if they are faulty and no refund can be given (?).

Do not waste your money and buy from someone else with a reputable refund policy that is customer friendly.

Brought two boxes of their carpet fresher and sprinkled and left it on our rugs for over 4 hours as recommended. Sadly it was completely ineffective and the dog odourous rugs smelt exactly the same. So overall was very disappointing by the product and as first impressions counts, it's unlikely that I'll shop there again.

On my first purchase I was presented with an offer of a free gift on orders over £10. I added the code at the checkout and saw the free item in my bag. On delivery there was no free gift so I emailed to see what went wrong, I was advised I had not entered the code at the checkout (which I definitely did) and if I still had the code I could ‘try again next time’.
They have since replied to say they will send the item on separately which is great.

Would love to say it was a pleasure doing business with them after asking where my laundry sheets were to be met with the initiation of we delivered, not our problem. Had to escalate via PayPal where they proceeded to find out they were not delivered here but someone else’s house, resolved today thankfully but I won’t be ordering from them again.

Having ordered from Peace With The Wild a couple of times now, I'm amazed by their attention to detail, and their helpful, proactive attitude when I need to speak with them.

I called for some advice ahead of placing my most recent order, and was blown away by all the help I received from them.

I'm delighted with the high quality of their products, and the care they put into their customer service, as well as their excellent (completely plastic free!) packaging.

I'll certainly be ordering from them again in the future, and I highly recommend them to others; thanks again Peace With The Wild!

Unfortunately I have had to edit my review from 5 stars. After a fantastic phone call, advising my faulty product would be replaced in same day post and there was no need to return the faulty product, just to get rid of it, I then received several emails advising my bottle would not be in today's post and now I do have to go out of my way to return the faulty product. I'm severely disappointed with all the back tracking, and being told that it wasn't made clear on the phone which item it was suggesting this was my fault when I provided the advisor my order number and he has not checked this whilst on the phone. I now have a delay on my delivery, onus on me for the advisor mistake and have to go out of my way. Not a happy customer at all.

The only reason it has 2 instead of 1 star is the general overall quality of the products.

Recently made my first purchase with PWTW, however Royal Mail left the parcel on my doorstep unattended. I contacted customer support, where the most amazing customer service rep, William, handled my case. Not only did I get a response within hours of emailing them, they had contacted the local RM delivery office, prompted investigation and sent me a thorough update with the most sincere apology. William updated me daily until it was resolved and sent me a replacement. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. I received my products today, I have not yet used them but I am impressed by the quality of the Bambaw safety razor and the shaving soap smells amazing, really looking forward to trying them.
