Very happy with Peace With The Wild
Very happy with Peace With The Wild. I ordered plastic-free Dent Tabs (which is toothpaste in dry tablet form) and zero-waste floss. My order was delivered promptly, wrapped in cardboard and paper packaging, fastened with paper tape.
This was the second order I placed with them and I just wanted to add that with my first order I forgot something so I emailed to ask if I could add something to the order so as not to incur extra postage cost. They got back to me very quickly and kept my original order on hold until I'd placed an order for the second item. Then they dispatched it all together and refunded the postage for the second order. Very helpful indeed.

Good quality products.
I bought soaps, shampoos bars and conditioners from here before Christmas. I used some myself and gifted others. I was impressed with the quality (the smell in my postroom was delicious!), and service was as described. They are expensive for my liking so I am shopping around, but would return for gifts or to treat myself.

I was a bit disappointed
I was a bit disappointed. The confirmation of order came through from jordan@peaceinthewild etc - as if it was a person. I responded to the confirmation email (short time space - order placed about 11 pm., my response sent about 6.00 a.m. next morning) requesting that I add an item to the order - I didn't want to put a separate order in and incur postage charges as I'd spent enough get free postage - £50+. But there was no response. The next email from jordan@... etc was informing me that the order had been processed. I think it's a bit misleading. If it's all automated then don't present it as if it's a person confirming your order. This undermines my trust. I have done similar with Yogamad website and they responded and accommodated my indecision!
I also then got a promotional email saying if I spent a further £65 I could have a 'free' gift - which ironically was the very item that I had told them I wanted to add to my original order.

I’d been struggling to find affordable eco friendly products and bam I saw an ad for PWTW. Their product range keeps growing and the stuff I want is always available. Everything I’ve purchased has been high quality and sturdy, can’t recommend them enough
