Could not speak highly enough of my experience with Peach Guitars.

Prior to ordering I had a couple of questions that were answered via email incredibly promptly.

The guitar arrived today setup perfectly, the team at Peach definitely go the extra mile.

Couldn't recommend them more and will definitely be ordering from Peach Guitars again!

Visited the store for the first time, brilliant customer service and had the widest range of guitars I've ever seen. Bought a 12 String off them and have subsequently bought an amp on line as well
Couldn't fault them, even got the grand tour from one of the Directors Alan

I have recently purchased a left handed Gibson 335 of them.
I had difficulty finding a guitar shop near to where I live, that had the colour I wanted, so I was not in a position to try a guitar out before purchase.
So I am going to have to take a chance with the purchase, online. This is an expensive guitar, so I want and expect everything perfect.
I ruled out a couple of shops that either had some bad reviews or were a little vague with their listing.
Ebay definitely no chance incase of problems with the product.
So I found Peach guitars, and was impressed with their reviews. Customer service was excellent, the guitar was set up exactly how I wanted it, and it sounds great.
This particular guitar was slightly more expensive than on eBay , or the other shops mentioned above but when you are spending 3 k on a guitar, I was happy to pay a little more and be totally satisfied, as I am.

First class in every way. Great prices. No pushy sales. 14 day returns. The guitar was spot on straight from the box. Many thanks.

I bought a PRS SE McCarty from Peach Guitars on 28/01/2025. Buying a guitar unseen made me feel a little uneasy, but the Peach website helpfully provides the weight and multiple photos of their available stock to help buyers make an informed choice.
The price was highly competitive, packaging was secure and delivery was prompt. My guitar looks great and, even in my hands, sounds pretty good too.
My thanks to the very knowledgeable Jeff, for answering my dumb questions over the phone, and to Leon for the excellent setup.

Bought a Soldano X88IR before Xmas and Unfortunately the unit failed after two days. Peach Guitars could not have been more helpful with the whole experience. I have also got a very nice PRS S2 McCarty 594 from them, which I'm settling in with now,awesome guitar.
So overall I would not hesitate to use Peach Guitars again, when the need arises. Many thanks to all of you guys...

This is the second guitar I have ordered from peach,I am very picky when it comes to how a guitar is set up,and with the price of this one I had high hopes!
It did not disappoint!!
New strings were put on like I asked,daddario 9-42,and it was set up to perfection,action and relief spot on.
Communication prior to the sale via email,(Jeff)was prompt,and the price competitive
The guitar is amazing!!this thing does not go out of tune!!i have owned quite a lot of expensive guitars,this one might just be the best!!

My second experience with Peach Guitars in 2 years.

Exceptional service with fast delivery.

Their selection of available guitars is second to none and most if not all of their guitars are actually pictured. Meaning, the guitar you see in the picture is the guitar you get and if there’s multiple stock you get to pick and choose based off weight, quilt finish etc etc

I’ve had a ESP LTD MH1001-NT and now a Schecter C7 SLS Elite Evil Twin. Both have been perfectly packaged and perfectly setup.

I don’t think I’ll buy a guitar from anywhere else now

I bought a Taylor 50th anniversary edition GS mini. The price was very competitive which is great considering the anti-business budget that our so called Chancellor of the exchequer has imposed on the private sector.
The guitar is amazing, goes in the car with me for a quick practice when I have time during my working day.
What really stands out with Peaches guitars is the level of personal service. Right from my first enquiry about the guitar, through the ordering and delivery process, Sean and Jeff were brilliant. They even ask how you would like the guitar set up at no extra cost which is brilliant considering some places I have bought guitars from just send them as despatched from the factory.
All in all great experience, reasonably priced and excellent.

I’ve recently bought two guitars from Peaches and both arrived beautifully set up were reasonably priced and were delivered quickly. The fact that they take them out to inspect them and then check they’re playing properly before they ship is just game changing in terms of the quality you can expect. This is the first time I have dealt with Peach Guitars.
I was looking to buy a sunburst Fender Stratocaster Vintera II 70's.
The reason I chose Peach Guitars above other shops that I have bought from in the past was; The price was cheaper than all other retailers, (£894.99) and more importantly, their site showed many photos of the actual guitar you would receive.
Most other dealers jusy showed generic photos of this particular model.
There was a choice of two on their site.
I emailed Peach Guitars asking to reassure me on the condition of the guitar I had chosen. They replied the same day that they had been to the warehouse and assured me it was in great condition.
I ordered the guitar and received it within 48 hours which, is pretty good considering they had to check it over, set it up, pack and post plus, I live about 230 miles away from Colchester.
The guitar is fantastic, I love it! Lovely action, spot on intonation, plays and sounds like a dream.
I had no problems with delivery either. They emailed me from start to finish and gave me an 8.30 to 12.30 time spot. They arrived just before 9.00, brilliant!
Guitar, travel bag, fender box, bubble wrap and another Peach Guitar outer box.
It can be a bit of a lottery buying online but, my experience with Peach Guitars on this, my first time, has been 5 star positive and has made me confident to deal with them again in the future. Thank you.

Received a great Gretsch Electromatic 5420T in 2 tone Green which was QC checked and set up nicely.

Nice to find a guitar shop that cares about its customers and provides great deal prices on their stock.

Very nice people to deal with and Peach Guitars offer a great service, just like guitar shops used to.

I would highly recommend this retailer without question if you are looking to purchase musical equipment.

I would give more stars if that would be an option. The whole store is just amazing, it feels more like a chapel for people in love with instruments rather than a shop where they try to sell you stuff. I went there to try out a Schecter guitar which I wasn't sure if I could afford. I was treated with respect and they were very kind. I ended up ordering the guitar on finance and went with the PLEK option. I would highly recommend it for everyone. The guitar plays like a dreams, stays in tune. I waited with this review nearly 2 months as I didn't wanted to just post this out of impulse. If you are looking to purchase a guitar for a fair price, professionally set up, this is your place.

I approached peach guitars about an Epiphone guitar that I was interested in some additional information and images. They responded promptly to my email, put the guitar on reserve for me and answered all questions in advance of a purchase being made. Once the purchase was made I was regularly informed, the guitar was QC checked, setup, packed and in the hands of the courier 24 hours later and in my hands by day 2. I am delighted by the service overall. The customer service in particular was awesome (shout out to Jeff there). I will use peach guitars again for sure. Heartily recommended.

I have been buying instruments and equipment from Peach now for a number years and all unseen and unplayed at time of purchase… most recently a lovely Lowden O22… when buying an acoustic at this price unseen and unplayed you have to have an unwavering trust in the descriptions provided by the sales team. The team at Peach I guess must be taking a huge amount of pride in how accurate they are when you ask important questions and they have never once let me down. Always attentive, honest and no hard sell, just unbiassed information to help you make up your mind the right way :-)

Its clear the team are real enthusiasts and this goes a long way to being able establishing the trust needed to buy guitars on line. Always impeccably well set up to!
