I'd been on the look out for a Fender Vintera II 60's Strat and spotted a 'B' Stock one on the Peach Guitars website so decided to give it a try.
They whizzed it to me with next day delivery and when I got it out the box I thought it looked even better than the online photos of it that they'd posted. The setup was very good too but as many guitarists do, I did a minor tweek here and there for personal preference.
They threw in a free Plek process on this guitar so needless to say the fretwork was really impressive.

A frustrating ongoing issue that customers have buying new guitars is the lousy setup than can be experienced when buying online.
Peach Guitars unlike some other big name music retailers i can think of promote their 'free' setup process all over their website and they deserve major credit for this.
Who wants to get tools out to make a brand new guitar they've bought, playable?
If you buy a brand new car you wouldn't be expected to tune the engine and service it yourself when you collect it.
The quality control and customer satisfaction given by some other big name music retailers is shocking.

As a customer, if a business can't be assed to achieve good customer service, then I can't be assed to part with my cash for their goods.
This is my first time as a customer at Peach Guitars and based on what I've seen and experienced I would definitely buy from them again. *Coolio communication and delivery by DPD too, the Courier company that Peach use. A++

I share a similar experience to the customer below. Do not risk spending big in this store unless you are 100% certain on your purchase as they will not entertain you with a refund. This is unlike any of their competitors in my experience.
I was forced to find an alternative product for an exchange in the store and found the whole ordeal stressful, pressured and awkward.
I will not be buying from Peach ever again.

Ordered a Gibson J-45 on behalf of my dad, who had been after one for a while. No guitar shops near me stocked any and after reading the reviews of Peach we decided to order one from there. there's a bit of trepidation in buying a guitar online blindly, but after a couple of phone calls, the guys at peach put or minds at ease going through the ordering process. theres nothing like trying a guitar out in the shop, but sometimes it just isn't possible. we picked a guitar we liked the look of (i like how peach show photos of the actual guitar rather than a stock photo), and it arrived within a couple of days. (trackable time slot delivery too).
the guitar was set up perfect out of the box and is a joy to play.

Went for our first trip to Peach Guitars yesterday and we couldn’t have been happier that we did. They have an awe-inspiring range of electrics, acoustics and so many more guitars to choose from, and the appearance of the store is simply stunning. The layout is intuitive and great fun to wander round, from the mezzanine balconies to the Wild West theming to the smaller, themed rooms (by style and / or manufacturer). We made an appointment via the Contact Us section of the website and we were very glad we did, as it was reasonably busy for a Friday morning. We were there for an acoustic guitar for my son’s 21st birthday and everyone in the store couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. We have to single out Alan who spent over an hour with us, helping select innumerable guitars to try out and patiently answering our questions. He listened carefully to what my son was after and at no point was the sales process pushy or uncomfortable. Alan even gave us a tour of the warehouse, their custom shop rooms and the studio to boot! At the end of what can only be called ‘an experience’ rather than a shopping trip, my son left with a guitar with which he is absolutely thrilled, and a burning desire to go back to Peach Guitars. A visit here is highly recommended. As a non-musician myself I can still absolutely appreciate the passion that has gone in to creating Peach. I’ve rarely been in a better-presented or more welcoming store.

First time using Peach Guitars after years of buying gear from other outlets. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a question about a guitar of interest. The team responded quickly to answer and send photos of the guitar.

I also took advantage of the Plek service and set-up. I must say it was money well spent. I also received my guitar much quicker than I expected. The guitar plays, sounds and looks fantastic.

I purchased a PRS SE Tremonti from Peach Guitars. It was delivered exactly as discussed, with all my questions answered before I chose my guitar.
The guitar needed some small adjustments afterwards and I can only thank Sean and the team for the support and communication, as well as for handling everything very well. I would definitely purchase from Peach Guitars again.

Thanks to Jeff and Alan for once again excelling at customer service, I have bought a number of guitars from Peach Guitars over many years and their excellent customer service and personal approach was, as always, 5 star. The range of products and expertise is second to none.

Bought a Cort Space 4 (not the most expensive bass in the shop!) agreed a trade in price online and when I visited, the guitar was waiting for me all set up and ready to try. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish from everyone I dealt with. Brilliant experience.

I saved up a very long time to buy a £3300 guitar which i ordered online, slightly after the two weeks i wished to return the guitar because i ended up not gelling with it - no returns accepted.

I was offered an exchange which i would need to use immediately (no credit) or nothing.

I understand they legally are not obligated to accept any return after 2 weeks, however as a business as big as peach it would have been no trouble for them to accept the guitar for return, still get their money back when selling the guitar again as new and keep a customer coming back.

I ended up selling the guitar on the second hand market at a substantial loss and turning my guitar dream into a nightmare.

Now i will never buy from Peach again and strongly advise anyone who is thinking of spending big on their dream guitar - bear in mind these guys are not interested in making things right once they have your money

Booked an appointment to try out three 'S' style guitars. A room was ready and set up for me when I arrived. The three guitars were on stands and a Black star amp was fired up and ready. After being given a coffee, I was left to try out the guitars for as long as I wanted. Great service and a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure at all.

I bought an Epiphone Les Paul from them a few months ago and I will definitely be paying them a visit when I plan on going for my Gibson!

Guitar was setup beautifully and the ability to pick the actual guitar they send you is a great touch!

The only dissapointment was I'm sure I read somewhere that they would contact you before dispatch to discuss string options, this would have been good for me as I need to use costed strings as my sweat is apparently the same thing the xenomorphs bleed in the alien movies!

I bought a Murphy lab handpicked top Les Paul from the team in 2021. Every time I open the case to play it I feel incredibly grateful to own it. It is a boyhood dream to have a Les Paul close to a 59.
The team at Peach brought me the best guitar I could ask for, and they made the experience so incredible. Thank you.

I've purchased two bass guitars from Peach Guitars, both of which I opted for the PLEK setup. I was so impressed with the first bass and the PLEK setup, that I decided to buy my next bass from Peach as the service and the technicians there were very accomodating and friendly. They are my go to company for any of my bass guitar requirements.

This is a shamefully rather late review. I bought a Fender player series ii Stratocaster from peach guitars around 2 weeks ago and had EXCEPTIONAL service from start to finish. Honestly this store could not have done anymore for me. From getting the guitar set up AND with the strings i prefer on the guitar, to getting it shipped for next day delivery. Honestly it's the best set up guitar I've ever and I mean EVER received from a shop. They truly do set up the guitars to perfection before they leave the store!

I honestly will only buy from this store now. I have bought many many many guitars from Andertons and GuitarGuitar and always get a box that's never been opened since the guitar was put in from factory. These guys open the boxes and get the guitars out, check them out and set them up. Honestly if your thinking about buying from these guys, please do. They deserve all the ongoing success I'm sure they will get in the future! P.s I'm so grateful every guitar is individually pictured in the site to. It makes a massive difference to someone like me who wants to see the burst of the guitar I'm actually getting on how dark the rosewood is etc etc.
