Taking the leap to learn playing the guitar at 60 with zero knowledge was an always going to be a challenge. With a small amount of research I had so many questions: Being left-handed and do I learn right-handed. What guitar is right for me and above all will I get the service advice as a beginner that listens to my questions?

Any concerns were dismissed during my first visit to Peach Guitars following a recommendation. (thank you Kevin) My questions were respected and advice was shared on experiences and helped me focus on what I needed. I settled on learning right-handed and this was the right decision.

Customer service was exceptional from George Berry from my first visit to purchase. Of course I needed a few extras on top of the guitar and this was narrowed down with George through logic and what felt right. Toby "T-Bone" Powell made sure that my Guitar was perfectly set up on collection with "low action" on the strings and clarified my questions on the day.

No question was a wrong question during my visits and this is extremely important when you are starting out as a beginner and this will ensure that I recommend and continue to return.

Great to catch Alan and Sue Priest on the day and the team are a credit to you both.

I ordered a Fender Arm The Homeless from peach guitars Jan 17. I had mailed a bunch of shops all over the globe in search of a great example. Peach guitars stood out in many ways. Not only do they have a really great website with great pics and info of the instruments, easy page to navigate an din contact info, but they were also the premier one in getting back to me while also seeming to be genuinely interested in actually selling me a guitar.

I told them I were interested in a particular guitar, but had sent emails to some other shops too and would be getting back in a few days and they were very polite telling me take your time and get back if u had any questions. I returned 1-2 day later and puller the trigger. From that moment it was smooth sailing. It was very apparent that they really care about service and customer relations as they offer full setup and check everything before the instruments leaves the shop. Oliver from customer service with me tirelessly as they discovered a tiny issue with the instrument and immediately sent me email telling me about it and suggested solutions. They really wanted to be upfront and make sure I got a great instrument. The guitar was dispatched Jan 23, and I received the guitar yesterday (Jan 29) so it took 6 days for delivery which is totally reasonable within Europe.

All in all super happy with the purchase and the experience from peach guitars. Highly recommended!

My guitar got caught up in some carrier delivery problems and Oliver in Peach Customer Services worked tirelessly to ensure that the guitar was found and delivered to my home. I was so impressed with the professional approach and communicational skills of Oliver that I decided to buy a second guitar from Peach. This time everything went smoothly and my PRS was received in perfect condition, set up and playable right out the box ! Well done Oliver, The art of good customer relations are safe with Peach. Highly recommended.

Ordered a PRS Swamp Ash Special SE (brilliant price), along with locking tuners. Excellent after sales service of contacting me for any specific setup requirements (yes, wanted setting up for 9 gauge strings) and also would I like them to install the new tuners. Went above and beyond in my opinion.

Definitely a site to go back to in future.

Placed an order online for a PRS SE Sandblasted Blue at 11:45, paid for next day delivery and it was delivered by 08:00 the following day. It was beautifully well packaged, and plays like a dream straight out of the box!! I would not and shall not hesitate to return to Peach Guitars in the future. Keep up the amazing work

I bought a Fender Ultra II Telecaster from Peach Guitars last year. When I ordered it, I asked for it to be dispatched on a specific date so I could ensure someone would be at home to receive it. Sure enough, the guitar was sent out on the exact date requested (which had been arranged a few weeks in advance) without any issue. No other store has ever done this for me, and I really appreciated Peach Guitars accommodating this request.

Unfortunately, the guitar later developed a fault and had to be returned for inspection. However, everything was handled as quickly and as smoothly as possible, and the issue was resolved without any hassle.

Thank you to the team at Peach Guitars for their help. I mostly dealt with Oliver, who was fantastic. He went out of his way to accommodate me and help resolve the issue, and I’m extra grateful for everything he did.

I wanted a new guitar, the make and model I wanted was in stock and I had 12 to choose from. Purchasing was easy, delivery was next day and the guitar had been set up and was in perfect playing condition. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service here.

Bought a Martin guitar from Peaches, how did i miss this company while.on my guitar journey.
Im an avid fan of watching You Tube videos from the US and companies like The Alamo Music Center, well Peaches do something very similar, they have a huge store that you could wander around for hours, a.long way for me but I'll visit one day.
The guitar arrived with a card showing it had a full check before leaving.
Intonation, String Height adjustment, neck, the works and it is perfect, plays like a dream, even my beginner fingers could deal with it.
This will always be my goto store if they have what I want.

10/10 dont buy from these big companies with stores all over who just collect stock and send it out, buy from Peaches

I want to ring the praises for the great team at Peach Guitars. I have dealt with a few over the years, particularly John, Jeff, and Jerry. The whole of the Peach team are very passionate and very professional in general.
I’d like to particularly thank Jerry Elvin in Sales. A couple of days ago I went to Peach to try a few T-styles. Jerry was there and helped me. Jerry has a knack of putting the right guitar in a customers’ hand at the right time. After an hour of trying out various models, not really blown away by anything, Jerry suggested I try a Novo Serus T. Perhaps this was an obvious choice in hindsight as Jerry first put a Novo in my hand 2 years ago and knows I am a fan, but I had an initial bit of a prejudice against the slabbiness of the Serus T. Once I started to play, however, I knew this model was what I was looking for. It was inspiring. We checked the stock and there was a gorgeous looking Butterscotch Blonde available. That was the one.
Thanks Jerry and the whole team for friendly advice, a quick set up, and great professionalism.

Fantastic Experience from start to finish.

I contacted the guys at peach guitars to see if they still had any stock left of a certain colour of Musicman Stingray, unfortunately there wasn’t any stock as Ernie Ball had finished with that colour, however Jeff and the team at peach guitars went out of their way and were able to get a final one made with the specific colour!

I was kept updated on my order and any questions I had, Jeff was able to answer!

Many thanks to the team, I could not recommend shopping with peach guitars any more highly! Fantastic customer service and fantastic offerings of guitars and basses. Won’t be my last purchase that’s for sure!

I thought it was about time I upgraded and got a better guitar, ive purchased four guitars from other websites in the past and decided to purchase an Eastman from Peach Guitars, the guitar surpasses any expectation I had and it is a joy to play, the setup Leon did on the guitar is amazing, I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, the packaging was great and well protected, delivered on time and guitar was immaculate, I wish I would of bought my other guitars from here for the setup and care put into their service, they have gained a loyal customer and I will be using them for any needs I have from now on.

Peach takes individual photos of all their items instead of relying on generic images, ensuring you know exactly what you're purchasing. They even provide the weight of each guitar, offering a service that truly distinguishes them from competitors. Their responses to inquiries and pricing questions are impressively swift. I recently snagged the Doug Aldrich Boutique Blackstar 100W Head Ruby at an excellent price, and its performance is stellar, even without adding any pedals—it's paired seamlessly with a 4x12 Series One Blackstar cab. Last year, I got the PRS SE DTG Gold Top, and its setup and quality were flawless. I shop here with complete trust, knowing the team is straightforward and honest in their advice. Perfect score, 10/10.

Peach photograph every item for sale, not just stock pictures. what you see is what you are buying, and also weigh each guitar. a great service and sets then apart from the rest. Very quick comeback on requests for information and pricing. Just bought the doug aldrich boutique blackstar 100w head 'Ruby' at a great price. this head does it all, and not even put any pedals through it yet. running into a 4 x 12 series one blackstar cab. Bought the PRS SE DTG gold top last year; set up and quality was spot on. I shop here with total confidence. The guys are honest and will give you straight advice. 10/10

I recently purchased a Gibson Les Paul Studio Session from Peach Guitars, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
After being let down by another company previously, this was a refreshing reminder of how good customer service should be done. Even though the purchase was made entirely online, the email communication was absolutely excellent from start to finish — clear, friendly, and reassuring at every step.
The guitar itself arrived beautifully set up, clearly cared for and properly checked before dispatch. The quality is exactly what you’d expect from Gibson, but Peach’s setup really made the difference straight out of the box. On top of that, there were some extra bits included as part of a Gibson special offer, which was a very welcome bonus.
The price was very competitive — not bargain-basement, but a genuinely fair and great price for what you get, which says a lot these days. Everything felt honest, professional, and well handled.
Overall, this was a top-class experience. Peach Guitars clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in both their service and attention to detail. I’d highly recommend them and would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

Bought a custom shop Les Paul from the team at Peach.
They genuinely exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Toby, Jamie and Jeff (who handled a previous purchase).
The way that the process was handled was exceptional.
The guitar was inspected and set up by Jamie. He noted some nitro burn and Toby sent photos through to make sure I still wanted to go ahead. They made an offer to adjust for the findings ... I have spent over 90k at Andertons since 2010. I am sad to say I have had issues with guitars from Andertons despite them saying QC was carried out. I have never had them check over a guitar with such passion and attention to detail. The honesty of the team at Peach is greatly appreciated and it instills a huge amount of trust from me. (Mentioning Andertons is purely to add context).
Peach will now be my first port of call and my preferred place to shop.

Just bought my third fender guitar from Peach Guitars. It arrived perfectly set up and sounds fantastic. It was also very well packaged. Also a big thumbs up to the delivery firm who delivered the guitar less than 24 hours after I placed my order. Once again I would highly recommend them.

I've just used Peach Guitars for the first time. Their customer service is an echo of a bygone age, when guitar shops were small, local, and always went the extra mile to ensure the customer felt valued and well looked after. It was a breath of fresh air after years of dealing with national chains.

The guitar I received was extremely well setup and included in the price. I am extremely happy with both the product and the level of service. I will not hesitate to buy from Peach Guitars again.
