Complete scam, haven’t been able to get a refund even though I couldn’t use the service

While every other app that I stream works flawlessly, Peacock is by far the worst app I have. And unfortunately, several shows I want to watch are only on this app. It's very disappointing. It's not the internet connection when everything else works fine, although this is what the app engineers claim is the issue. It's the administrators and developers of the peacock app that need to get their act together, and take full accountability. In this day and age of technology, Peacock lacks by leaps and bounds when compared to any other streaming service. Get it together! Or you will lose another paying customer.

Very limited shows. So many commercials you should not be paying for it at all. The continued watching comes on automatically and you can not remove them without sitting through half a dozen commercials. The worse pay channel on the internet. Most shows are from the 70's and 80's. Old reruns you will have to watch hours of commercials to see. So not worth it and I get it for free from Walmart plus.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Done everything they tell you to do. Constantly having to deal with slow to sluggish intermittent playing. Has NEVER improved over the years!!

Terrible service. Too many ads with everything and streaming problems during SNF. Stop letting people sign up on the TV and making them go to your stupid website to cancel it.

Too many commercials you can’t even pause the movie without a commercial and you gave to sign a year contract yeap this old Comcast at it finest

They don't have things together forcing people to watch the ock and houston rockets game instead of giving a option to watch the Lakers game not a good network for NBA

I have been Googling and fighting NBC/Peacock. Their site wouldn't let me sign in, would not recognize my e-mail address or password, kept telling me something went wrong, piss poor customer service, who never responded.
I have the Premium Plan which includes Sunday Night Football, but I have never been able to watch it.

BOYCOTT THEM. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF. THEY OFFER SERVICES AND DON'T DELIVER.

If I could write this review without giving 1 star, I would, because Peacock doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Peacock is bullshit! Nothing but ads! You sit through less commercials watching basic cable television!!

In 2024 my son came over and loaded Peacock on our three tv's. I paid for the year with my Discover card, when the bill came the payment for a year of Peacock was there plus, I was billed monthly also. I canceled the monthly and rightfully so I already payed for the year. Peacock canceled the monthly and the yearly. I waited for a refund that never came. My son lives in Hunting Beach, and he was billed also. He got it resolved. I'll get to the bottom line, I never was reimburst and was billed for a new year and I don't have PEACOCK. PEACOCK had no wright to charge my Discover card. Buyer beware!!

Far too many ad breaks and the ads are input in the most inconvenient times. People stream for less commercials not more.

When watching a series Peacock will never start an episode where it left off. Someone times not even in the correct season. Then you have to listen to a long stream of commercials each time you move the search bar. Meaning it is the long stream of commercials over and over and over. I tried to reach customer service and the I was expected to pay for technical support to fix this.

Worst service of any I have tried the just raised the monthly fee without any notification and there service is terrible!

signed up with promo code for $39.99 add free for a year, when they had the promo in 2024. they added it on to my renewal date for this sept. since they had already charged me for a year and would not let me cancel. took print screens of account showing i would only be charged $39.99 ad free at end of sept. And of course peacock charged me $75.00 and tacked the ads on. which i have NEVER had ads. so they basically just change info on your account when they want to screw you out of money again with their fake promo's. and then they want $170 a year to have no ads after they screwed you out of the promo. I can go back to cable for that much every month! And then the only way you can contact them is through chat, where they do nothing but lie and say they'll escalate it. I had to tell them I had print screens of what my promo was and spend on hour with numerous people after going through there useless as hell bot to get to people to being with. I will NEVER get them again. and i've been with them since they started.

This is the absolute worst streaming service period. We signed up for the $10 and were charged $118. You are stealing peoples money. We never signed up for a years worth of service. We canceled 2 days later and you won’t refund us!!! Your company is TRASH!! You won’t be around long by stealing peoples money!

Peacock is terrible! The ads alone are the worst and the buffering is insane! You pay $10.99 to basically watch ads and if you upgrade to get no adds they charge you basically $200. They have no good movies and the only show I want to watch has EIGHT ad breaks in ONE EPISODE!!! Absolutely pathetic.

Just tried to watch sports on peacock. Live college game. Total bust. Freezing frames, Constant we will return screen. Never watch again.

Literally terrible and it's such a shame the office got ripped off netflix to go here. 12$ membership with ads that's a good one

Not as bad as some reviews make it sound. It's got a solid mix of shows, movies, sport. The ads can be a bit much sometimes. I like the classic NBC stuff.
