Horrible company. Horrible so called customer service. Auto renewed after I cancelled, then tell you 7-10 days for a refund. Contact them again and they say technical difficulties, we will refund you in 7-10 days. Complete SCAM company. Really thinking about starting a class action lawsuit. Oh and no dedicated phone support, chat and email only!!!

Have been double charged from the start of my subscription which was 1 Nov 2025. I'm being billed for one amount on the first and another amount on the second. Access to customer service sucks. I initially had to fight thru an AI agent to chat with "someone", still not sure it's a human. There is no contact information for a real person. I have had to get my bank involved to stop the payments and investigate it for fraudulent charges. This is such BS.

peacock has been chargingme double for my use since June . check your monthly bill . good luck getting a refund . peacock wont refund the over charges . obviously I am nolonger a customer . beware

Peacock does not have any customer support via phone. They do appear to be infiltrated by scammers. They infected my computer and got into my bank. Had to have all my accounts frozen. They were also double billing me for several months,

Far too many ads. 45 minutes into a movie and it's nothing but ads with short breaks for content. Disgusted with peacock

I canceled Peacock because the content was weak and not worth the price. Months later I was suddenly charged again for a full annual plan. I reached out multiple times and was completely ignored. It honestly feels like they rely on surprise charges to make money because the service itself is terrible. Would not recommend.

I cancelled my subscription yet I am still being billed. I cannot address the issue because Peacock does not allow interaction with a real person or human. FRUSTRATING!!!

I don't have a Peacock account, and never have! But i got charged in the middle of the night for a year subscription. Peacock has NO phone number to call and only thing you get online is a BOT. Talk about no customer service. Only thing I could do was dispute with my bank, and NO i don't have children who might have done it. I would never sign up with them at this point.

If I could give zero Stars I would! I purchased the package for $7.99 a month. Afterward I was told that in order for me to watch a specific program I needed to upgrade to the $10.99 package! Instead of them adding on to the $7.99, they charged me an additional $10.99! I cancelled my subscription and will be contacting my bank for a full refund! Terrible company I will never stream this crappy app again!

I got the yearly subscription last year for 19.99. Today I was charged 110.00 for another year. I never opted for a increase! I never opted for another year. Theirs no phone numbers. Theirs no email. Theirs no way to contact them. I went to peacock and it said I have no subscription therefore how do I get charged? That's Fraud!!

Very poor program choices for movie conten. Most films are FREE on Pluto or TUBI. Except for a few old shows like Christmas Classics (whuch shoulld be free to all) there is No reason to spend money. Very dissatified..

Peacock is an absolute scam and I cannot believe how deceiving the company is. I tried to upgrade my subscription from the cheapest one to the most expensive so I would no longer have to endure 5, 2 minutes long ads all within a 20 minute episode. The processes itself of upgrading was the most frustrating experience ever. Once I finally got it and paid for it I went to go watch my show and there was still ads. Turns out even thought you pay for “no ads” there still are ads on certain tv shows and movies. I am utterly disappointed and will be cancelling and never using peacock again.

When you fast forward. You are forced to watch commercials every.single.time. If you watch it on one TV then watch on an other, it does NOT keep track of where you left off. Worst streaming app. Cancelling.

No reminder about subscription renewal? Are there actual humans that work at this company? No phone numbers anywhere for customer service. Then they want to charge you a $1 to send an email. Are you kidding? Well I just reported my renewal as fraud so you will not be getting $120 from me!

Upgrade your your whole business your whole platform everything there is to do with peacock trying to watch the Thanksgiving Day parade was really really bad constant pausing constant skipping can't watch a full performance without it stopping constantly peacock really does suck it almost ruined my family's Thanksgiving, I've watched the parade since I've been born back in 1990 I've never had a TV broadcasting station be this horrible I'm surprised you're still in in business very very pathetic

Terrible at streaming anything live. You can actually see it click over if you're watching a football game. Commercials will be HD, then back to the game, it suddenly changes to 1970s antenna. Lots of freeze-ups just trying to navigate thru the app. Cancelled service like 3 days after they pulled a payment.. and yup.. they ended it right then and there.. Haven't seen a return payment....

Demonic content gaves us false leading shows making you watch the wrong show it's garbage. This is how the company is gonna be when Jesus comes back!!!! Your going to he__!!!

App is terrible compared to YTtv. Home screen is garbage. Can’t find anything without search. Why BigEast?
