I got a refund without asking! I ordered the sports one for $10.99 but accidentally picked the $7.99 choice which I did not want. The refund notice was sent via email within the hour which I greatly appreciated. Made watching the NFL game (Ravens vs Packer) even better.

Now that you hooked up with the NFL. You suck too. The NFL SUCKS. They don’t have enough money so they have to figure out ways to screw you over. I use to enjoy watching football but now you’re pretty much confined to watching your own team on locally. So as far as I’m concerned the NFL can go f- - k themselves.

Peacock u suck for having game on in 4k and on my tv the pic colors are washed out. Just put it on nbc and stay out of football business cuz u know nothing about it

Every show gets cancelled after 1 season despite having great reviews because all they care about is max viewership. They prioritize trash reality TV shows. Ads even when you pay $180 a year. Will never renew again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Customer service is the worst. Extremely difficult to find a way to contact them. They do not have a customer service phone number. Their “chat” was useless. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau. I’m still waiting for my refund.

Does not let you watch the very end of any movie.

The only reason I subscribe to Peacock is to get full episodes of some of the MSNOW content. Consistently, they fail to load the show ALL IN with Chris Hayes. Almost no content on Rachel Maddow or Lawrence O'Donnell. Since the app continues to neglect these talents I will be terminating my subscription. No one can afford cable these days, so apps are the best way to get the content. Now I will have to see if other streams offer full episodes. At least I'll save the wasted Peacock subscription monthly.

Peacock charged me $116 for a year without warning. Now I am out $116 and can't use Peacock because I am locked out of my account. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Peacock suck!!!

Would you do business with a company that does not notify you they are going to charge you for a year of service upfront? That you do not use? These guys are using bad business practices and deceptive practices as a business model! My personal experience! See you in a Class Action Suit! Get the word out!

AWFULLLL! Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother with this streaming platform. Especially on mobile, this app is not very mobile friendly. A nightmare to use. It’s a gamble every time you rewind. Instead of jumping back 10 seconds the way it’s supposed to, half the time, it restarts the entire show. Especially in MiniPlayer. Don’t even think about trying to skip forward past a part you’ve already seen, due to it jumping around or starting over when you exit the app. Or else it’ll play a ton of ads every time you try to skip forward to the part you actually left off on. The best part, is it only lets you skip ahead so far (not very far at all) before an ad comes on, then you try to skip ahead some more to get BACK to the part they didn’t save your progress on in the first place (THEIR error) and another lovely ad pops up. Just so many bugs on this app. I’m surprised it’s even still running. The amount of ads is just ridiculous. It’s like triggering a punishment every time you try to simply skip ahead or rewind. Also, beware, when you upgrade or pay for the “no ad” package.. you’re still going to get ads. There’s no existing option to completely remove ads like any other platform would usually have available. They have ads on select shows even though you pay premium for no ads. Why is it so hard to have an option for complete ad removal available? Do you guys just not want returning customers? This is a very deceptive, buggy company all around. Can’t stress it enough. I never write reviews, but I’ve been driven to finally write one. Congrats, Peacock.

On November 25, 2025, Peacocked auto-charged me $109 for a premium annual subscription. I immediately contacted them to explain that request a refund because I never pay for any service with an annual subscriptions. They canceled my account and said I would receive a refund. I’m writing this review on 12/18 and have not received the refund promised in 7-10 days.

Each time I contact Peacock through the chat they say my refund was initiated and that my bank is holding the funds. NOT true! If a refund could not be granted they should have said that and left the service on for a year. Now I’m left with no service and no refund. This is a such a dishonest practice Peacock has established. A class action lawsuit is absolutely necessary!!!

Out of all the services we use, I watch this one over and over. Chucky is the shit.

First of all, Peacock has absolutely no customer service. You can’t call them if you’ve had a problem which I have, but I’m trying to watch a basketball game and for some reason, Peacock decides to put a little sticker above the offensive player to identify him. This is ridiculous. First of all the interferes with you viewing because you’re missing action because it occurs where they’ve got the little name tag Whose idea was this. I know you’re new at broadcasting basketball, but have you ever noticed no other broadcaster did this stupid thing there’s a reason it’s not necessary perhaps you’ll figure this out, but it really takes all the joy out of watching a game. Get a phone number for customer service where if your customers which you I hope you value have a problem they can talk to somebody not some stupid Chat on your computer these graphics are absolutely terrible. Completely takes away from the joy of the game the circle on the floor with the ball handler like fireworks when the ball goes to the net save the graphics for video games. This is us. This is the NBA this is not a video game. If this is how you gonna present the games I know I’ll hardly be watching them. This is just terrible.

Shout out to Peacock for being one of the only streaming services that don’t require each household to buy the service. We’re not customers, but we appreciate what you’re out here doing!

By far the worst streaming app earlier this month I was able to watch all my shows and my son was able to watch all his movies and now it's all locked and you have to upgrade to the better package for 10.99 like why would I pay more for something that was off to me for less and it's not like they add more shows or movies to the streaming app and you still have to watch add

The app consistently freezes, rewinds, plays, and rewinds again. It has become unbearable to watch any show and we’ll be forced to no longer use the app. Has anyone at peacock who works on the application team actually tried that app before? That could be a great starting point. The other apps work fine.

It used to be subscribe to the plan with ads and you would have access to all shows & movies...now they lock 95% of everything to force you to upgrade.
Will never subscribe again.

They just have the worst, most desperately cheap content. EVERYONE should skip this crap, we are done with it.
