Camera quality is lacking, especiallybthe court view! Close-ups are okay but long views are not high quality. John Fanta does not have the voice of an announcer, and we often watch games the next day... See more

SUCKS!!!
I would give it a Negative 100 if I could. Everything about this network sucks!! Constantly buffering, it is almost impossible to watch anything because it buffers all the time for 1-2 minutes at a clip. It is a complete joke and can’t understand how they continue to stay in business. Even trying to leave this review was painful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not the worst, or worth having either
Frankly, I haven't had a negative billing experience with Peacock. I'm just strongly dissatisfied with the ads (I had Peacock Premium through Walmart +). I had the service for just less than one day and I could not stand it at all. Aside from the ads I found the selection of movies and TV shows very unsatisfactory, so many titles I've seen or have zero interest in watching. The only SNL available were the current episodes (really not my cup of tea) and yeah, I'm really not a fan of ads.
Peacock stole my card info and gave it away
I logged my teen in on her tablet and it gave her access to my card and now there's purchases from unsafe websites on my card and money I can't get back. Peacock stole my card into and gave it away. Do not use this service unless you want your information stolen
Pay for the service and then pay more to watch things
So you have to pay for peacock to stream things that you've seen 20 times. Then you have to pay even more to watch anything. Everything says upgrade on it except for the crappy movies you've already seen. As far as I'm concerned it's a rip off. Also the commercials get stuck and then you have to rewind it and hope that it makes it through the commercials. This is the worst streaming platform there is
Illegally charged my credit card $118…
Illegally charged my credit card $118 for service I don’t have and never signed up for. Called Peacock they said they would refund my credit card. Never received refund-made a complaint to Citi who ended up siding with Peacock because they showed the a fraudulent screen shot saying I subscribed to/authorized the charge which is complete BS.
Peacock is horrible
Peacock is horrible. The television program last about 2 minutes and then are interrupted with a 60 second or 75 second commercial. Worst streaming ever...
Peacock is Ripping you off
I’m letting everyone know PEACOCK is a rip off. Any show worth watching you have to pay $16.99 per month. Who has that and can also watch other things on other streaming channels. This will be my last time as a long time Peacock. I got it to watch The Traitors. I go the service. And then BOOKM you have to pay $16.99 per month. RIP OFF DO KOT GET

Peacock tv used to be free now they want old user to buy subscription to unlock everything
peacock fails at US figure skating national competition
Peacock decided to present the senior US national pairs figure skating event using a long view of the rink only with a minuscule inset of the actual skating in the upper 1/4 of the screen .The production value is zero It is impossible to clearly see the skaters. Profoundly disappointed that I actually paid for peacock to see this event and I received zero
Expect Major Problems Streaming Sports
Streaming was very poor. Lots of screen interruptions and complete start overs. Not what is expected from a legacy media network. Not worth the money!!! Very frustrated. They ought to pay the viewer to sit through this garbage. They need to take this service down until they can meet the quality of their peers in the industry. Doug W.
**WARNING**
**WARNING**
Peacock held my payment 4 days before it was due. I tried to cancel it, however the website said I didn't have a subscription to cancel. Conveniently as soon as the payment posted to my bank account I was able to cancel Peacock. Its disheartening to lose trust in, what once was, my favorite steaming app.
I was just paying Peacock because I was…
I was just paying Peacock because I was able to see keeping up with the Kardashian and other shows but now I pay 16.99 that’s supposed to be crying and now I can’t see anything of the shows that I used to see really disappointed!
Is it possible to rate it zero?
If I could rate it any lower, I would without hesitation. Kept crashing when I tried to get in. That was the one thing that irritated me the most. Peacock itself sucks. Better off getting it through something like Prime Video (which I did). At least with Prime you won't have to worry about it crashing. Only negative about Prime is that you'd have to pay more
It should be zero
It should be zero! They scam people. I cancelled my subscription. Then when upgrading my Xfinity account, they gave me a 1 year subscription to Peacock. A month later, I was charged $109.99! My bank couldn’t reverse the charge because it was through PayPal. I contacted PayPal, now I find out the charge was due to a previous Peacock subscription- which I cancelled!! I can’t get my money back because it was a renewal. If a service is canceled, how can they renew it without my authorization?! There is no way to contact Peacock. Initially the app didn’t allow me to cancel, however with the assistance of Xfinity security team, I was able to cancel on the app- after days of frustration! The Peacock website doesn’t offer assistance with cancellations. The company’s NYC headquarters’ phone is not in service. I don’t understand why the FCC or someone doesn’t investigate them. Any organization that doesn’t allow the consumer access to customer service and transparency, is a scam. Peacock streaming service should be dismantled.
Broadcast of Green Bay…barely watchable
Just signed up to watch Green Bay Packer game. Broadcast constantly stopped and started. This was a rip off. It was barely watchable. I feel we got sucked into subscribing so we could watch a stop and start game. No opportunity to communicate with company. Stay away from Peacock. It’s a rip off
They have been charging my account for…
They have been charging my account for a year after I canceled. Still trying to get it canceled. The NFL needs to cancel with Peacock
Peacock is only good at billing you. Streaming has frequent loading screens and interruptions. Completely a rip off. Shit service.
Horrible service. Choppy streaming freezing loading dont waste your money. Worthless service
Peacock is absolutely horrible
Peacock is absolutely horrible! What is the NFL doing allowing this garbage network air a game? NFL wake up and quit chasing the money especially with this crap network!
Trash
Absolutely trash. How can you not rewind? This is why nobody uses this crap
