Pebbles Tanning Nails and Beauty Reviews 

I returned to pebbles today for my waxing with Jayne. Jayne is always so welcoming and kind. She puts me at ease every time - hence why I have no hesitation to use a beauty salon that's quite far from where I live. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

The staff were lovely friendly and made me feel at ease . The place was spotless and all ppe adhered too . Had a wax which was the best I have had and I have tried several no bruises and nearly pain free !! Looking forward to going back for more treatments . The prices are reasonable and treated very well . Would recommend a visit

I’m leaving this review because of how bad this experinace was I really think that a phone mannor should be always polite and that staff should always be happy to help a customer , isn’t that the basic standard ?
looking in Norwich for where could I get eyelash lift and tint , requested an appointment via their website , had a voice mail from a very disorganised woman with a lot of hmmmms and I can go there but not on that day hmm and was so unprofessional so I called back thinking she’s probably just having a bad day , I said ‘hello this is (my name ) just calling back after the after the voice mail you sent ‘she said ‘iv called a few back so what the name ‘ ( I didn’t need to know that , could have simple asked to have your name please ) I said okay it’s S..... I just had enquirer about eye lash lift and tint and if I was to get an extra treatment would there be any discount , after listening to a few more hmmms she said she didn’t have any appionts on the day I wanted but I can have the next day , then she said what was the time slot in the voicemail , ( at this point I was thinking this is a bit silly ) as a profession business can at least take note of who they have left a voice mail for or Evan so that when they do call back you can provide help or simply book the appointment ) she then went on to say that no I wouldn’t be able to have a small discount if I buy more treatment (didn’t care to ask what I am interested in) should have offered me Package or been kind to say ohh so sorry we don’t have offers at the monument or just anything would have been better then hmmmmmm No , then going on to say I need a patch test a few days before , I simplely in a polite way asked is this test for the tint or the actually treatment ? She then bit my head off saying we need to for insurance ( I never asked why a patch test would be done) .. i then said I think you misunderstood me I was just asking if the test was for the dye or the actually Chemical used for the lift , she then repeated her self again then said she needs to know if I’m sensitive or not , i then just said ok thanks for your voice mail ,

This experience , gosh :/ which left me with the impression that’s I 100% don’t want a angry person to be doing treatment to my eyes or anything else , I would not recommend going here if that’s how they treat customers , I actually can’t believe how rude this woman was and how easy that could have been avoided , please don’t leave a voicemail with out being organised and second don’t be rude and aggestive if a new customer , I was not being rude to you !
