I'd never used Pedal-Pedal previously but they were the only place which sold a specific item k wanted so thought I would give them a go. The service was fantastic and the item arrived really quickly (much quicker than I was expecting). Good communication throughout from the site to update me on the progress of the order. Counts the fault them.

I recently started cycling again after 20 yrs,and decided to get an helmet from Pedal Pedal.I rarely leave reviews,but the service,cost was faultless,even refunding the postage because it took a day longer to obtain the helmet. Great work guys,just wish every online company was this good.

I ordered an ISM saddle from Pedal Pedal for my wife's Liv Hybrid. Came promptly, but unfortunately was unsuitable due an unforeseen design issue. Returned unused for a full refund with no quibble. Communications from both the dispatch and returns side of the company were excellent. Will have no hesitation in ordering from then again.
