Sorry to hear that you didn't find address entry straightforward when ordering.
We are using the UK's most popular postcode look up system at present.
It allows you to enter your postcode in and presents you with a selection of addresses at that postcode for you to select from. We originally selected it as it was particularly straight forward and customer friendly.
We'll take another look at it further to your feedback and see of there is anything else we could do to simplify it further. Thanks again for your comments.
