When the item arrived slightly damaged (by the Royal Mail I suspect) it was replaced very quickly, and with no hassle, with another (in better packing).

Thanks for choosing to order with us in the first instance and also for completing a review for us. I understand that you have spoken again with Simon and all of your order is now with you.
I can only apologise for the slight delay in getting your items out to you on this occasion.
As I think Simon explained when you spoke with him, when you ordered the stock was showing as available within 48 hours, as we were expecting the stock refresh shipment in the day following your order. However unfortunately the cable adjusting bolt units that you ordered were the only item not to turn up on the order the following day.
We contacted the supplier and they confirmed that they had made an error on the shipment, and they would ship the bolt units out to us the following day, which they then did once they had confirmed the error on their part.
We then shipped the units on out to you via Royal Mail first class to ensure that there was no further delay.
Again apologies for the delay on this occasion. I hope this wasn't too inconvenient for you.

Great price for quality Lezyne mini pump well packed and quick dispatch.
I do have an issue insomuch as the mobile site's check out process was not working properly as it would not let me pay with PayPal at all despite numerous attempts (a glitch in system or Apple IPhone incompatiblity?) Finally paid with credit card.
