never again. I bought a jersey from them, after 4 weeks I received it in a wrong size, I contacted them 6 times via email (no answers)

I was after Capo arm and knee warmers to go with a Capo jersey I just bought. I was looking for them online and found them on the Pedal and Co website.I had looked at other websites as well but Pedal and Co was the best value.I got the right size as well and were what I wanted.

Quick delivery and a very, very nice winter cycling jacket.

Ordered a cycling jersey I had been trying to find for ages, a few days passed with no despatch email so I called for an update. Was told that the order had been despatched that day (although still no email notification received). That afternoon I finally received an email, but stating that my order couldn't be fulfilled due to the stock being mislabelled as a large when it was in fact a small. A refund was given (taking a few days to be received) but I'm still no closer to finding the jersey. Doubtful I will use again.

Found some good Castelli bargains on the site. Free postage would be nice - especially when you're dealing with erratically sized bike clothing, ie more likely to be returning - but can't argue with low prices!
Delivery time was pretty good. Ditto communication when I contacted them about returning something.

I can only give 2 stars, because 8 days later I still haven't received my order. I think Pedal & Co stock unusual items, but I'm not prepared to wait this length of time. So for that reason, I don't think I'll order from them again. If they can improve their delivery service, then I might reconsider.

My item has still not arrived after over a week. In this day and age you expect your delivery within a week at the least. Could do better
