Pedal & Co have a great selection of all the kit I love – Sportful and Castelli. I ordered some bib shorts which arrived when promised. I also had a question about the shorts, which was replied to the same day. I would say more if there were any issues but can't fault anything.

Had to alter my order after placing it, and staff were very helpful with my order arriving next day

Ordered Jersey and shorts according to sizing guide which isn't accurate in itself so did my best. Unfortunately large wasn't large enough and certainly wasn't the same as sizing guide. No xl items the same so will have to order different brand. Shame as Castelli looked and reviewed well. Items arrived quickly and packaged well and good quality. Only item that fitted were Castelli socks which are really nice and feel good. Proper sizing guide for women and specific to brand would be really helpful.

Great company to deal with. Brought a pair of Capo bib shorts. Nice pair of shorts but I personally think the pad in the castelli short is more comfortable

Not received my goods yet, Pedal and Co. delivered very promptly so are in no way to blame, however we were out when the postman came so the goods are now in our nearest post depot in the next town which is currently undergoing major gas / road works and town centre is virtually inaccessible so we hope to be able to pick up the parcel from Pedal and Co. sometime this week. Fingers crossed.

Delay on confirmation email had my PayPal confirmation for a good few hours before receiving order confirmation.

Dave was helpful with something that was out of stock and processed my refund immediately.

Shorts ordered weren't available - received email within 1-2d offering alternatives and advice about sizes - one alternative was completely acceptable to me and i received my order 48h later - very pleased with the service
