Received order in good time, product was as described and good price. No hesitation in using them again.

Purchased item then got a refund from paypal "Item out of stock in size".
Would have been good to hear from Pedal & Co before I got the refund from paypal, and would have been even better if they didn't list an item which wasn't in stock.

Follow up to this was that they very apologetic and agreed that I
"most definitely should have been notified first", and in addition sent me a small gift as way of an apology. I know mistakes are made but on this occasion it was good to see they were listening and actively acknowledged to put things right. So 5 star thumps up!

I have used Pedal and Co before and will continue to use them in the future. This time I purchased a jacket and jersey. My order was delivered to my home address safely again.

Having found this company through eBay I soon used their normal website. They are my go to company for all my cycling clothing needs.

Definitely worth a look as I can't praise them enough for stock of items, delivery time and dealing with returns and refunds.

Pedal and Co may not be the cheapest retailer but their prices appear competitive and delivery is quite rapid. The products I have bought are top quality and I will be visiting their website again.

I placed an order for a Nalini cycling Jersey, having first consultered the sizing chart. The sizing chart indicated size medium, with a note on fittings. I decided to upsize to large for a looser fit. This jersey was race fit style and when received was way too small. It was possibly my misunderstanding of race fit and regular fit. I returned the jersey and re-ordered a different style, again Nalini but regular fitting and up sized to extra large. Pedal & Co after comparing the two different styles and fittings adviceed medium for the replacement Jersey. When the replacement Jersey was received it fitted perfectly and I am more than pleased.

Paid on Wednesday afternoon for next day delivery option, received on Saturday morning...

Very helpful with a few product queries I had; stock is shown in 'real time' (a real boon I think - nothing more disappointing than being told 'out of stock' after placing an order!); prompt dispatch and delivery; and finally - instant refund after I decided to return an item.
