Had a renewal for £1317
Had a renewal for £1317. Went on line and got a quote for £442. Would have been appreciated if we had been told about this different policy.

Useless, didn't cover bike where I live despite one of the most secure places
Locked with two gold sold secure locks (150pounds each) to the strongest immovable object, in underground parking garage with 24h concierge, CCTV and residents-only access, in the building I live. E-bike was stolen (locks cut), and even though they cover a "hallway" with residents-only access, and even though there's literally a hallway leading up or the car park, with no additional security, they decide not to cover it.
Complaints procedure was no help either, so I'm now working with a solicitor to take matter to ombudsman. Any reasonable person reading policy detail would agree my situation is covered, company chooses extremely narrow reading to avoid paying out.

I got a timely reminder
I got a timely reminder that my insurance was due for renewal, it was easy to go on line and check the policy. I needed to make a few changes which was straightforward.
My policy after at least five years is still less than what I was paying before I moved to Pedal Cover.
