A fantastic bike shop and excellent staff
A fantastic bike shop which was worth the 1.5 hour journey to reach. A very nice selection on bikes for most disciplines of the sport. A well stocked accessories department too.

Fantastic service

Professional, responsive and helpful
Hugely impressed by Pedal On and their Customer Services team. I had a faulty part on a new bike. As soon as I sought help, I received an immediate response from their staff, who handled my case with integrity, were helpful and professional. Further, I received a replacement part without question. I found this so refreshing compared to other online cycling stores. I would certainly not hesitate in purchasing from them again.

Let’s start with the sale prices of the bikes….and quality bikes at that - outstanding so ordered 2 mountain bikes which turned up in a few days fully prepped, and ready to ride once bars straightened and suspension adjusted. Web sales team were brilliant, shop staff answered the phone and knew what they were on about and all the extras I ordered arrived well packaged with the bikes. A brilliant company and would recommend to anyone - well done Pedalon - five stars ✨

I've just picked up my new Giant TCR…
I've just picked up my new Giant TCR Advanced pro 1 from Pedal On. Decided to drive 150 miles to collect and so glad I did. What a great shop with a really good atmosphere, like a proper cycling shop should be. The staff, namely Matt were friendly, informative and very helpful, with good advice on how gesst to look after my new purchase. Handover was comprehensive and setting my bike up using the turbo trainer was brilliant. Rode it in the afternoon and everything was set perfectly. Thank you for a great buying experience and I can whole heartedly recommend Pedal On to anyone. I've cycled for over 40 years and in recent times have found many shops just do offer the good old fashioned service we used to see but Pedal On have shown that it can still be done in a fresh modern way.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who clearly have a real passion for cycling. This is the 2nd bike I have bought from them, great price and great service with me using a cycle to work voucher this time.
I then made a 2nd online purchase for a few things and the delivery time was excellent.
