Our bathroom cabinet arrived damaged

Our bathroom cabinet arrived damaged. It was quite obvious that an attempt had been made to cover up the marks on the drawer front..... very poorly! As the bathroom was not ready for the cabinet to be installed, it was not unpacked. When it was taken out of the packaging and the fault was noticed and reported I was told that I was out of time for it to be rectified by them. Quite shocking treatment when it was quite obvious that it had left the factory in that state!
