I would give them -1 start, they don't respect tenant and landlord as well, too many messages from landlord and me and no one is responding to those messages.
I have too many things need to repair and sort out but they don't care at all, I don't recommend this agency at all

This company sent a drone into our rental property garden filming the property without prior notice or consent whilst I was sunbathing in our back garden and then failed to apologise or explain how this happened when we complained. We were clearly home as all thd windows were open our cars were on the drive and music was playing. They never organise anything to-be fixed at the property despite the landlords requests to do so and are generally unhelpful and utterly inept.

Agency leaves problems unresolved for months, and refuses to let tenants source and pay for repairs. Find a more reliable letting agent.

By the title, do not get the impression they are as all humorous or friendly- Far from it. It is as if they picture every tenant as a malicious individual set on tearing apart every house they live in. If something goes wrong in the house and you offer to fix it, off your own back, with your own funds, in your own time, they will tell you that you are breaching the terms of the tenancy. If you ask them to fix it, they will take weeks if not months, if at all. If you share the property and someone moves out, who you have no contact with anymore, you have to get signed written confirmation from them that they have moved out. If you wish to arrange payments by direct debit, you have to go into their office to collect a little bit of paper with the payment details, which they are unable to provide by any other means. Everyone there looks like they are constantly chewing on lemons, and look at you in a fashion no more deserving than something horrid they have just stepped in. They love their landlords, but couldn't care less about the tenants.
