I don't know feel , confused because I don't know if I doing the right thing with the additional loan . Interests rate is too high . I just wish I can refinance my mortgage payment if the rates go down asap . I'm trying to stay positive. I have a lot of what ifs .

Are you kidding me! You people suck. You are asking for a review when we are still in constant contact with you daily just trying to get our money cash out from the loan and the bills paid that are part of the loan. I have had numerous home loans in my lifetime and NEVER have I had such an unprofessional experience. ALL disclosures were lies and marketing ploys. From the timeline, to the needed documents, to the fees. Our loan officer was completely inept. The communication between the portal requesting docs to her asking for docs that had already been uploaded. We went with you as a refinance because we already had you as our mortgage provider and thought the process would be streamlined and simple, as we were always current on our existing loan. This has seriously been a nightmare and caused more stress than necessary. Closing was delayed over a week through no fault of ours. Now for 2 weeks we have no idea where $27,000 is??… 2 other payout bills totaling another $20,000, and our property taxes have not been paid. NOBODY seems to have an answer. Some of your employees say the title company has the money, others say to just WAIT a few more days, others say it is in check form coming from FEDex. If our money is not accounted for by Monday, April 27, we will be contacting an attorney and reporting you to the better business bureau.

From the loan representative underwriting my loan, to the loan officer, manager, appraiser, and the notary. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone worked with me. I got a fair and decent rate, no hassle supporting documentation and less stringent because I stayed with my same lender, paid nothing out of pocket, and was very easy. I recommend PennyMac!
