Had a few things from here, whilst the quality is pretty good, the sizing is very inconsistent. Another issue is the postage is expensive and they don't offer free/discount returns or refund original postage so when returning things you've spent best part of £10 on postage to receive and return items they take days and days to refund.

Also new ranges are very overpriced, wait a few weeks and they are discounted to more reasonable prices they should have been from the start.

Over the moon with my order. I got the satin skirt and it is just beautiful. Super fast delivery. Very happy girl ❤️

Really disappointed. I've contacted now on several occasions due to the XXL not being a correct size and more like a L. This has been tried on by a friend who wears a size 16 and it fits her fine so clearly NOT an XXL. I've had absolutely no response regarding this though I have emailed directly and completed online forms on a number of occasions. This was the acid black wash jacket. This was not cheap for me to purchase and I can't afford to just waist this money on a unwearable item.

The trousers were perfect size but the stitching came undone and I was refunded for those, without me having to asked. The trousers actually are a nice fit as XXL but the jacket I can't wear as it doesn't fit!!!

Please respond to my emails as it useless to me as it doesn't fit!!!

My order number is PL49034. This order has £160 worth of returns in it and I am being messed about here.

I have sent this back Royal Mail 24 hours next day, tracked and signed for and I still do not have my refund because of he mailman cannot get access to wherever you are. That is YOUR fault, YOUR error and I am the one out of pocket for it. So where do you work? Because the delivery address isn't working?? Also I want my money back ASAP I couldnt care less if you dont have the items back, thats your own fault get off your hole and answer your door when the postman comes, or better yet go and collect the return from royal mail yourself. I am going out of pocket when that money could be used for someones christmas, while yous are selling pyjamas for £50+ day light robbery! I will be phoning the bank and giving you details to fraud, because why are you putting a return address on your items knowing you wont be there for the return and leaving people out of pocket??

Not only have you delayed launches showing unreliability but you also do not have a working return service and are leaving people out of pocket.

I have ordered three times. The postage charge is much higher than companies such as Adanola and Abyl, not sure how this is justified. One of my items took 9 days to arrive. Another was lost and had to be resent. When sending back there was not option to generate a return QR which seems standard these days. They advised to return using second class signed for. So this including the postage cost £12.50. All in all not a good experience. The return policy is not in keeping with their competitors and sees buyers paying through the nose. Not what you would expect from a clothing company charging premium prices. Wouldn't order again as communication poor, pricey delivery cost and return charges.

I ordered the longer puffer coat and wow!!! Amazing, I love it so much the pockets are huge (highly recommend any mum to buy) feels so comfortable and looks really nice on and high quality material. Highly recommend PGC I have had other items from them, leggings, jumpers, and travel bag and I love them all! A little obessed with the brand now and couldn't wait to purchase the coat!!

I have absolutely fallen in love with this brand!! The quality is second to none, I’m a busy mam of two and everything I have bought from Pepper Girls Club is just unreal! EVERYTHING and I mean this literally washes amazing!! No shrinking or mishaping, no fading of the colour. I mismatch leggings and hoodies and I feel amazing, I’ve gone from feeling boring and too busy to make an effort to actually feeling nice in what I’m wearing!! I can’t describe it really other than this is a brand for WOMEN!! ALL WOMEN! All shapes all sizes!! This is the GIRLS CLUB!!

The refund took forever to get. The customer service was ridiculous - whoever runs the social media is rude and needs a lesson or three in customer service

I also ordered the black jumper and it’s simply stunning. The fit and the quality has blown me away. This was my first order from pepper but why haven’t I ordered sooner!!!!!

I can’t wait for the new autumn collection. The quality of my hoody/jumper beats any others I’ve bought recently.

I received my order and I can’t believe how well it fits, how nice the material and design is! The service has been so quick and satisfying! Im really happy with it!

Please could we maybe have nightwear range this wound just be the best! As a new time mum I love living in my pyjamas and find it ever so comfortable

My husband and daughter bought me the same outfit. I emailed, received a response within minutes with amazing customer service. I was able to go and exchange no problems. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Really great quality clothing, for a good price.
I emailed with a query and the customer service team was quick to reply and very helpful at explaining things.
The only thing I would say, is maybe to change the wording of the shipping service, as it stated first class, signed for. I presumed this would have been sent via a 24 hour tracked service, but it was sent via 48 hour track.

Hi my daughter bought me a beach bag and when on holiday it had discoloured. After contacting the website. They replaced the bag with no hassle excellent customer service 5 star service will be ordering again.

I bought a handbag that was advertised as leather, it was not real leather, misleading advertising. I contacted the company who said they would refund the item and the return shipping costs, they didn’t, they only refunded the money for the item, so a waste of my time and money.

Ordered an outfit it came wrong. I messaged pepper girls club, they replied so quickly, they were amazing about it and sent me my actual order over and it was here within 2 days so impressed with the clothes quality amazing also!! My outfit was to die for so happy! Defo shop here again! X

I’ve been buying from Pepper Girls Club for about a year now. I have jumpers, t-shirts, dresses, joggers, socks and bags. It’s all such good quality and the sales they have are amazing! It’s taken me a while to work out the sizing (as a lot of it is very oversized) but I know what I need when I order from there now. A few bits I have returned I have had email confirmation and refunds so customer service good too.

Just received my peppergirlsclub bumbag and so happy once again always good quality and a good price. Thankyou for the lovely surprise of 2 free gifts the socks which I order from you quite a bit and headbands ,this was a lovely gesture . Thankyou Charlotte much appreciated
