I had received a order earlier this week and it had something missing so i contacted Letitia via email about it and i honestly havent had such fast, polite service anywhere. She replied immediately and since the item that was missing had sold out she offered me either a refund or another bag of my choice (so i chose a bag ofcourse) and have just received the bag within two days. Very happy i love my hoodie and new bag just beautiful quality and excellent customer service i will be back! Thank you :)

I bought the beige tracksuit a while ago and loved it so much I had to buy the black. Gutted I didn’t order the blue as well let’s hope it comes back. The quality is amazing. The material is soft making it the perfect tracksuit for lounging or travelling in. Super quick delivery service every time I’ve ordered.

What amazing customer service I have received from Pepper Girls Club!!!! I placed an order on Friday afternoon (a birthday gift from my kids for me) amazingly super fast delivery as the products arrived on Sunday morning. After trying on I realised I need to downsize as they’re a tad too big for me. I contacted customer services email on Sunday and asked for a super fast exchange as my birthday is actually on Wednesday and they have went above and beyond to accommodate. It’s now only Monday and I already have returned and received the replacement products and they’re fantastic quality. I can’t thank you enough!!! Thanks so much 😘

I ordered a gift for a friend, however it didn’t arrive. I emailed the company and received instant response which was simple, clear and polite. Offered to send replacement however opted for refund. Very straight forward recieved refund 2 days later. Most organised customer service I have ever experienced. Person who was emailing me was brilliant. Definitely recommend and have purchased before from them so strongly believe that item not arriving was a one off. Will be purchasing again soon 5 stars

I Recently entered a competition with peppergirlsclub on Instagram, the prize was £500 cash ,I was chosen as their winner and tagged on the post which was done as a live draw and contacted immediately via private message also, and the money was in my account within minutes, after confirming with absolutely over the moon thank you so much ❤️

Excellent customer service. I sent a message and picture evidence about a slight defect in a product I ordered. Within a few hours I had a response and a parcel turned up on my doorstep the next day which was a replacement.
