Predatory practices and a total refusal…

Predatory practices and a total refusal to engage with customers or authority

Do not be fooled by the "Pepper" name; they are the puppet masters behind Engage Credit, and their business model appears to rely on predatory financial practices. They have subjected me to a relentless cycle of double-charging, interest on arrears, and compounding interest on those very charges. It is a mathematical trap designed to ensure you can never get ahead.

The most disturbing part is their complete refusal to communicate. They don't just ignore customers; they have even refused to engage with my Member of Parliament (MP). This level of arrogance and lack of accountability is staggering. While Engage Credit acts as the "servicer," Pepper (UK) Ltd is clearly pulling the strings from their Uxbridge base, hiding behind layers of bureaucracy to avoid answering for their actions.

If you are looking for a transparent or ethical financial institution, stay far away. They are experts at "double arrears" and "double charging," but cowards when it comes to basic human or professional communicatio

A terrible company to deal with

A terrible company to deal with, been stuck with them for 15 years. A disgrace to the mortgage community but unfortunately due to being a mortgage prisoner we cannot move away. Tried to get through the other day 2hrs 28mins on hold (have screen shots to prove this) being told you will be seen too within the next 20 minutes. Still could not get my mortgage problem resolved. Last time I had this problem we had to use the ombudsman.
