Avoid !! Loan sharks !!!!!!

Avoid !!! Such a Robbing company, there rates are unbelievable , they have no compassion or help for there customers, they bleed you dry, my rate of 9% on a variable now has crippled me and my family for 5 years, causing depression and anxiety and we can’t get out due the the arrears ,I may as well have chucked all my money down the drain and it’s not budged with the interest they are charging.
A Trip to my local mp and FOS once again ,this company should be closed down , half of the decent reviews are fake !!!

Avoid unless you wanna get done over

Always zero stars!!

Pepper (UK) Ltd is the "puppet master" behind Engage Credit, and they are using predatory tactics to create "Mortgage Prisoners." My experience is a carbon copy of hundreds of others: they have implemented a relentless cycle of double-charging, interest on arrears, and compounding interest on fees. I’ve seen cases where fees alone reach £18,000, causing original loan balances to rocket by tens of thousands of pounds even when the customer is technically not in arrears.

They hide behind Engage Credit (their "servicer") to avoid accountability, but Pepper pulls the strings from their Uxbridge office. Their arrogance is unmatched; they have not only refused to speak to me but have even ignored formal enquiries from my Member of Parliament (MP).

This is not a financial service; it is a calculated trap designed to strip equity from homeowners. They ignore customers, ignore government officials, and ignore basic ethical standards. If your mortgage has been transferred here, seek legal advice immediately. They are experts at "double arrears" and "double charging," and they will do everything in their power to ensure you can never escape their debt cycle.

Trustpilot.... I have flagged, and so have many others, posts below from January onwards, of Engage Credit posting false 4 and 5 star reviews up. These are employees of Engage and Pepper Money putting these up, so why have you not removed them???
You have removed 2 of mine for telling the truth, and now I have a LETTER BEFORE LEGAL ACTION about to be sent to Engage, consumers have a right to know the truth.
Your website is supposed to be for this purpose, not for companies to hoodwink customers and put a false perception of themselves up.
When are Trustpilot going to address the posts falsely put up by Engage Credit, designed to boost their rating only.
Please look into this.
