The young man that I spoke with was absolutely amazing. I was so worried about calling and had been putting it of for ages because I was so scared of losing my home. If everyone who answered the phone was like him, I'd have called every month. I can't praise him enough.

This company has maliciously targeted me, they are awful in service, they lie about fees. Their staff are rude and incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

A pleasant experience speaking to the person who answered the phone.
We went through security and she was able to answer my questions efficiently.
She was also very compassionate and listened to what i had to say.
She also asked for my permission to add to the system my disclosure.
