Styles are usually solid. It's a bit trad-indie - not really alternative, but not quite Drake's either. Fit is usually ok, probably a bit smaller than the label suggests with more of a boxy fit than I... See more

Great company and quality garments. Highly recommend trying this small but mighty clothing company!

I'd been looking at Sherlocks for a while and finally decided to buy (at a modest discount). It was as easy to buy as ever and I'm delighted with it. It's perfect in the car or around town with warm jumper / overskirt underneath its good for cold wet February days

Like many others, I have found out too late that Percival's obvious flare for design isn't matched by their customer service, the whole of which seems to be a barely monitored email address.
Their terrible returns process means I will not buy from Percival in the future. There is no clear way to initiate a return through the website, and I was obliged to email them and wait an unacceptable 12 days for a return label to be emailed back. I have waited over three weeks for a refund, without so much as an acknowledgment that the returned goods have been received.
Their customer service as a whole seems disappointing, disrespectful, and entirely inferior to that of their competitors. To be avoided.

I‘ve ordered from their website several times and I‘ve found their clothes to match the descriptions and photos on the website. However I can‘t recommend ordering from them because of their terrible and unresponsive service.
I had to return a polo shirt in november because the fit was not what I expected. I used the return label provibed by Percival and the parcel arrived at the company. Despite that I have not received a refund. I‘ve contacted them several times and never received any response. It‘s incomprehensible to me how a company can undermine their image like that. The clothes are fine but the service is incredibly poor. And telling customers on here to contact you via email is not helping since you apparently haven‘t read all the other emails sent before.

Terrible service. I returned part of my order, and had confirmation from Percival that they received the return on 27th December 2025. I have since contacted them via email and social media messaging to find out why I have not been refunded, and have had no response. It is now 15th February 2026, and I am still waiting, with no update as to when I will get my money back. My next step will be to contact my bank. Judging from other reviews this does not seem like a one-off mistake.

Really great customer service in both the store and online when I had to switch sizes and colours on an outfit. Clothes are great quality too!

I returned the two items (didn’t fit) and have the confirmation from
DHL, but never received my refund. I’ve reached out via email (with receipt of the return delivery from DHL), but have never received a response.

Very quick delivery and good product quality. However item didn’t suit me so sent back a while ago and it has been confirmed as delivered to warehouse. I have tried to email but no response about a refund.

Items not as described and after almost a month of waiting for a refund have heard nothing from the team even after sending multiple messages. Having since sorted I have increased my score but am still disappointed with the experience after shopping with the brand for a number of years

Extremely well made clothing. Exceptional fits and great customer care. A bit slow on returns though!

I purchased a pair of shoes expecting high-end quality and service to match the price. While the design is beautiful, the experience has been a nightmare.
First, the sizing is completely inconsistent with industry norms. I normally wear a size 44.5 or 45, but ordered a 44. Surprisingly, the shoes were still way too big.
Because I trusted the brand, I removed the tag before the final try-on—an honest mistake on my part. The shoes are pristine and unworn, simply tried on indoors. I reached out to customer service honestly, explaining the situation and asking for an exchange so I could actually wear the expensive product I bought.
Their response was a robotic refusal citing policy, with zero empathy or willingness to look at the specific situation. When I replied expressing my disappointment and asking to find a solution together, they simply stopped responding.
It is deeply disappointing that a "premium" brand punishes customers for honesty and refuses to help when their sizing is clearly off. I am now stuck with expensive, unwearable shoes.
Verdict: If everything goes right, you're fine. But if you have an issue, don't expect any help. Honesty is not appreciated here. I will never buy from Percival again.
