The customer service is very poor

The customer service is very poor. I had to return 2 items (Christmas gifts). I exchanged first of all but still a bad fit. I tried to contact Percival to no avail. The returned items have been with them now for 2 weeks and nothing has happened. I will never buy from them again.

The brand is incredible

The brand is incredible! Great materials and designs of the clothes. Size guides on the website are accurate and I was lucky enough that I did not paid the import tax to Italy . Delivery is super fast ! I really advice this brand

The jacket was lovely but to big

The jacket was lovely but to big . It was a Christmas present for my son. I receieved my return form and poste d on the 30th of December I have been waiting over 30 days for a refund after returning the jacket. I have written 5 emails and no response to any of them. I have even tried the alfie email but that one bounced back . This is appalling customer service by a company with a first class product.

No Communication regarding return took…

No Communication regarding return took too long for exchange every time I sent a email there was no response
After several emails they did send out my exchange without telling me I only knew when it was left outside my door
I won’t be returning

Had to chase my refund as still hadn’t…

Had to chase my refund as still hadn’t received it almost two months after returning the order. Had a quick response saying it would be in my account soon, but has me wonder whether the refund would have been processed at all if I hadn’t noticed and thought to follow up. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Returns currently at 33 days and counting

I made 2 separate orders for a combined £187 and returns both unworn in perfect condition. Due to buying before christmas, the website stated it could take up to 28 days to process a return. Both returned orders show recieved on 31st Dec, meaning I am now 33 days without a refund (like other customers it seems), and there has been zero comms other than 3 emails asking me to rate the order - charming.
I have just emailed with a formal complaint. Such a poor service, sadly. After my partner and friends have used Percival before, after this experience I will not be using or recommending them again.

I had to send some items back due to them being too large. It has been over a week since they were delivered and I haven’t heard anything about refunds or replacements. Other than that, a pretty normal service.
