Styles are usually solid. It's a bit trad-indie - not really alternative, but not quite Drake's either. Fit is usually ok, probably a bit smaller than the label suggests with more of a boxy fit than I... See more

I've been waiting for a refund for over a month now, have emailed twice but no response.

Top quality, great service, easy size exchange.
I’m so pleased with my new coat, everyone comments on the great style and I feel good!
Not cheap but not too expensive!

I ordered an overcoat and a pair of denim. The denim was actually really well fitting and was exactly what I was looking for, the overcoat however, I did not like and so initiated a return.
The return was already more convoluted than other brands, regardless though, I shipped it the day after I received my items. The next day, on the 31st of December, I receive an email saying that the item was received and that they are processing my refund.
It’s now been almost a month and I have yet to receive the £250+ refund for the coat. There’s been no communication at all since, and I’m not sure why it’s taking so long to process since the busy holiday crunch should have passed by now.
This has made me hesitant to order from Percival in future, despite them offering interesting pieces.
Could I have some clarity on this? Because I’ve never experienced this from any brand, even smaller niche brands have better processing times.
EDIT: Fantastic Customer Service from Alfie shortly after.

The linen trousers came but with poor construction requiring repairs right from the start. Email to the company remain unanswered. Would not buy from them again and don’t recommend.
Oh, and then they’re delayed reply would have me pay for returning the trousers to be deducted from my refund. That’s really bad too.

Great shopping experience. I was notified when the jeans were restocked and could immediately purchased them on the website. Seamless shopping experience.

A large order was placed with Percival which has not only not arrived or been delivered to the courier in over a week (paid for next day delivery) but have emailed customer services and yet there is no response. appalling service for a lovely brand. It's really dissapointing. Before a response is added - we have emailed with full details before but no response. Why is there no other way to make contact?

On 10 December, I received confirmation from Percival that they had received my returned item. Their website clearly states that refunds can take up to 28 days to be processed.
It has now been more than 45 days, and I still have not received my refund.
What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have written multiple times asking for an update and have received no response whatsoever. No explanation, no timeline, nothing.
This is completely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing from a brand positioning itself as premium. Delayed refunds and being ignored by customer service shows a total lack of respect for customers.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious. This has been an awful customer service experience.

Appalling. Coat didn’t fit and it’s been 5 weeks since I returned it with no contact. £329 is a substantial purchase and I can’t believe they’re still messing me around.
Edit: I emailed and I reported them to PayPal. I’m told the refund was processed on Monday but can take up to 10 working days to reach my account. Not super helpful in January!

I now have a number of Percival items (cardigans and knitted shirts) and the reason I've kept going back is because of the quality. This shirt, like the others I've bought, is top notch, it fits perfectly, and items always arrive promptly and well packaged.

I generally love Percival's products, but the way they handle returns and refunds is completely unacceptable.
I placed two orders in the Black Friday sale, I kept some stuff but then returned the rest. I received "return received" emails on the 14th December, but I am now having to chase my £900 refund, by email, more than a month later. My initial emails were ignored beyond the auto reply until I sent a rather snotty email complaining.
The worst part is this is not the first time this has happened to me with Percival. Which leads me to believe this is an intentional tactic, delaying refunds in the hope that some customers just don't notice.
If you return anything to Percival, expect to have to remind them to give your money back - they seem reluctant to hold up their end of the deal.

My very expensive item was never delivered. To this day, I haven't received a refund, an explanation or an alternative solution. Just utter silence. I AM IN DISBELIEF!

The customer service was amazing. I asked about an item that was no longer showing on the website for sale and the team responded promptly, managed to locate the item in one of the stores and reserve it for me.
I’ve bought numerous items from Percival over the years and love the quality and fit. I’ve never had to message customer services so the fact that the first time I did, the service was excellent, just shows not only are their clothes quality, as are all aspects of the company are.

Very easy transaction, fast delivery and a lovely item received at a bargain price that will last a long time.

Still awaiting my refund after one month, they haven’t even bother contacting me about the returned item has been received.

After the “next day delivery” was instead delivered 9 days after purchase, it’s been a month I returned my purchase and I still haven’t received a refund!
If the delivery was already a total joke - drivers calling me at 10pm to deliver my parcel and refusing to come back during the day- this delay in refunding me is unacceptable, I feel completely scammed.
