Great clothes, truly shoddy customer service.
I purchased a coat as a Christmas gift which was great but a little too big. To date I have emailed on on three separate occasions to chase an update on this exchange.
On the 11th of Jan I received a response letting me know that the exchange had been processed. The goods have not been received and no response to my follow up email on the 16th to ask where it might be.
This has been really embarrassing for me as the gift giver, the recipient has been left waiting and has ruined the fun of the gift completely.
Please, please can someone help me sort this out!

I have two orders pending for refund and haven’t heard anything from customer service. The postal service have confirmed that the packages have been returned, but I’ve received no feedback from Percival.
First return was in mid December and second beginning January.
I’ve written to their customer service (11th of January) and without any response…

Parcel unfortunately went missing, which is not Percival’s fault. It took a while to get a response from customer services but Instagram and Trustpilot both recieved a very quick response and resolution. I have shopped with Percival before and will do again.

In general I like the label’s clothes and have bought several pieces from them over the past year or so, but their customer service is abysmal. I returned an overshirt back in November and received email confirmation of them having received it, but - nearly 2 months later - I have yet to receive a refund. I’ve emailed their customer service several times but have had absolutely no response. This shoddy service means I won’t be buying from them again and will now open a dispute via my credit card company.

Ordered a long coat on 2nd Jan with 48 hours delivery option. Chased my order on the 7th, and then 9th Jan, no response to my emails. RM tracking stated “product didn’t leave the warehouse”. Tried calling - no phone number. Then I started messaging them on instagram, and luckily that works, who would have thought that!
TBF instagram reps were almost helpful. After some time, they ordered a replacement. Again, no tracking information, whatsoever. I chased them on instagram again after 2 days, only to be told that the product was out of stock.
All along since the 2nd Jan, they never dispatched the product because they didn’t have any, but happily took my money.
Then they had the cheek to post me a welcome card with 10% discount, LOL, as if I’m going to use it.

I ordered and spent several hundred pounds on my husband for Christmas.
I have sent one item back, which with parcel tracking was delivered to them a month ago! Still no refund, no confirmation & no response one month on despite two emails to chase. Terrible customer service.
EDIT - With no ability to respond to your comment - how can you reply with 'send us an email', when you don't respond to emails.

Terrible customer service. No way of contacting them except via email. In the last 3 weeks I have had one reply to a request for replacement/refund of faulty goods. No resolution as yet for what should be a very easy procedure.
I would be very, very wary about dealing with this company again

I have been trying to contact Percival for several weeks ( since Xmas) with regards to returning an item bought as a present and wrong size and not being able to get a answer from website
They replied to first saying v busy period and wld be in touch but after at least 8 more emails to them to address given on website with no response and trying without luck to find a phone number to contact them am extremely disappointed with lack of service

Returned an item which was acknowledged with a returns number on the 11th December and my refund still hasn't been processed by 16th Jan - breaking UK consumer law. Emailed customer services twice with no response to either message so have had to go through my bank to request a chargeback. Awful customer service. Used to like the brand but won't be buying from here again.
*just double checked a previous return which was confirmed and 3rd Dec and still no refund for that one either!
