Returns process is really slow. The parcel return parcel was received by Percival on 06/02/26 but as of 16/01/26 I have heard nothing - disappointing and a bit poor.

Ordered a voucher online and the proceeded to spend week trying to communicate with them because i couldn't get the email with the voucher. The website provides a 'resend' button but it never worked. What i found frustrating is the lack of communication, only once did they respond to my many request to customer services. I managed to get the voucher email by using a different browser to sign in and resending it. Returning to the original browser, the resend button started working as well.

Having ordered the item, Royal Mail left the parcel on my doorstep and it got stolen. Initially Percival’s customer service was none existent and unresponsive. However, having given a one star review on here they addressed the issue immediately and in a fantastic way. Hence why I’ve amended my 1 star review to 3 stars.

I ordered a suit online in the black friday deal. I returned the jacket to exchange for a smaller size. I received a confirmation of the return on 12/12/25. I have been told and am aware it is busy so it may take a longer period for the exchange but it has now been a month and I have not heard anything even an email. I have sent an email to their team but received no response and I have sent a follow up but also received no response. I understand it is busy but the suit isn't cheap and to have no communication is not acceptable.

While the shirts I ordered were too small for me (I chose incorrect sizes, my fault) and the quality seemed nice.
Their customer service is truly disappointing.
It took 26 days to receive a refund from the point my shirts were delivered back to them and they won’t even reply to my emails to offer a simple apology.
I wasn’t looking for anything other than a sorry for your experience. However this seems to much for them.

I tried to exchange an item after Christmas - the website wouldn’t let me exchange or get a refund - instead it stated it would sent me a gift card. This has taken approximately 2 weeks to be received - no idea why it took so long? The item I wanted is no longer in stock. I e-mailed twice asking for the money to be refunded instead of a gift card so I could purchase again quickly. I have had no response to either e-mail. I do however now have a gift card for £300 that I can’t use… Why is there no contact number to talk to a human?

Sent an obviously pre-used garment which smelled of aftershave, was unpackaged and had its label and spare button removed and tucked in the pocket. No customer services telephone line, cost £3 to return and I had to lug it to the post office plus they warn 'refunds may be delayed' due to high demand. Now there's a surprise. Do not use Percival - terrible.

I ordered two seperate orders in Dec worth over €1,000. None of the clothes fit. In fact the second jumper I ordered as the first didnt fit had a bigger size tage but was smaller on. Anyway I sent all the garments back in the original packaging via their registered post. All were recived back on Dec 22. As of today I have no refund and all my emails are going unanswered. I am beginning to worry that this is a scam site as to ignore emials is unacceptable. Please be very warey of this business.

EDIT: Their “customer service” have now responded to this review on TP, but I am yet to hear anything back from their actual team! Their generic, likely AI generated TP response mentioned nothing of my actual issues and reiterated that I should contact customer support, even though I have already, 3 times in the last month.
Horrific. Never EVER buy from this company. I successfully returned my item over a month ago now and still have yet to be refunded. I have an email confirming this and have chased through their CS department three times to no avail. Pathetic.

I had four separate orders dating back to March 2025 that were not refunded, despite returns and faulty items being acknowledged.
I was owed over £800 and, given the number of recent reviews reporting similar issues, I was extremely concerned.
After posting this review, customer services contacted me immediately to confirm the refunds had been issued, and I can confirm they have now been received.
This situation should never have occurred, so I’m unable to update my rating, but I do acknowledge that the issue has now been resolved.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. They do not refund returns and their customer service is not existent. Absolute sham and illegal hoarding of customers money. The retail ombudsman needs involved with these crooks.
