Styles are usually solid. It's a bit trad-indie - not really alternative, but not quite Drake's either. Fit is usually ok, probably a bit smaller than the label suggests with more of a boxy fit than I... See more

Terrible customer service. No refund despite returning the clothes 15 days ago. No communication from the company at all. Sent multiple messages on Instagram and on email. No telephone number. Not a member of the RDA. Shocking!

Another complaint regarding refunds and communication... I received an email confirming they had received the returned item back from me on the 5th November and have heard nothing since, no refund, no response to emails chasing.. I DO NOT WANT YOUR GENERIC COPY AND PASTE RESPONSE PERCIVAL. I want my refund.

Ordered an item, great quality but wrong size, I returned for an exchange and haven’t heard a word since.
I’m aware everything slows down over the festive period but I’ve sent 3 emails and heard nothing back either which isn’t just poor from a service stand point but also shows how little the company values its customers.

Shocking customer service and material of the cardigan werent even that good after a couple washes.

It’s been well over a month and I’ve had no information regarding a refund, not sure what kind of company this but you need to sort this out. No way to get in contact with anyone and you clearly can’t reply to emails.

Have ordered from Percival twice. Was very disappointed by the suit I got the first time but reserved judgement. I gave Percival another chance with their £300 Minnesota coat and it solidified what I first thought. We are being lied to. Slick marketing but Primark level production. Don’t waste your money. Pay the extra bit for actual quality.

Great service and quality clothing as always!!

I bought a jumper from in late November 2025 but the sizing was out - slightly smaller than the mediums I have previously purchased from them. I promptly returned it and they acknowledged receipt, yet over a month later and despite several email requests, I am still waiting for a refund. Moreover, they claim to have a chat facility on their website but no such resource exists or is functioning. A real let down.

Dreadful customer service , claimed to have sent my order over a month ago but still not received it. Have sent over 4 emails since to find out and received 1 in return that linked me to the original status. I’ve sent more emails to try and get my orders but not heard anything back.
I’ve already sent several emails so any advice like on the other comments here to contact them again would be useless.

Generally like the company/products, but the customer service is pretty shabby. Haven't received my item, and other than the 'help' email there's no other way of contacting and they simply don't respond. This will definitely change my mind when thinking of them as a first place to go to.

I am a big fan of Percival’s clothes and do continue to shop with them however their returns process is shambolic.
I first returned something a few years ago and forgot how much of a pain it is. A refund for clothes purchased in October took almost 2 months to process. I had a store credit which I used in December and need to return a couple more bits.
I am writing this after using their online returns portal. The UX is a mess and it’s extremely confusing. I actually want a store credit as want to buy some new items and I was promised to get an extra x% if I shop now, which I was willing to do however the journey ended with me getting a QR code to return items.
Given Xmas and Jan sales no doubt I will get the refund in March. I get they’re a small company but you shouldn’t be growing your order volumes so much if your returns process is clearly not scaled to demand.

I ordered items pre-Christmas. Really good process, quick and efficient delivery albeit packaging when arrived wasn’t great.
Items weren’t suitable although quality was obviously there. Returned the items, received a confirmation email of receipt - so far so good….
This was over a month ago now and still no refund. I waited to contact knowing it will be bus over the festive period, but have contacted the given email address multiple times with order and return number, receiving no updates.
I’ve searched for an alternative email address with no luck, no telephone number. Some places refer to a ‘web chat’ which I can’t find either, so am reverting to here as I’ve noticed the ‘retailer has responded’ to most reviews.
Therefore please respond and provide next steps to help resolve this issue.
UPDATE; As listed in the original feedback, I have contacted customer service directly. I have also included the order number and return number. This contact, three times, has not been even acknowledged.
Appreciate ‘longer than usual’, but over a month feels far too long. If this is expected, then at least acknowledgement would be helpful, rather than an unfortunately robotic response.

Dreadful service. Avoid this company at all costs.
Returned 2 items at the end of November, return accepted according to the Shop app and tracking but still no refund. Emailed twice but just an automated response saying “just emails doing their thing.”
I’m going to have to dispute the charges via my credit card company which could take weeks. Never shopping at Percival again. Clothes are bad quality as well for the price. Avoid.

I returned my parcel to Percival and it was received on 29 Dec.
It’s now 7 Jan and I still haven’t heard anything back about my refund. I’ve already emailed customer service, but no one has replied at all.
Really disappointed with the lack of communication.

(UPDATE) 1 star as they got my name wrong.
Wanted to return my trousers for a different size. Took a month for them to get back to me saying it was unavailable.
I now have a jacket without the trousers for my wedding. I’m trying to get a gift card which they offered but this is also proving difficult.

Nice clothes but terrible customer service. They received my return on 29th November and I've heard nothing since. I understand it's been Christmas which is a busy time but I've been emailing customer service asking even for a confirmation that I'll get a refund *at some point* but no one replies to emails. Don't order anything unless you're 100% sure you won't be returning it because you might not see your money again any time soon. No idea if I'm receiving this refund or not and will have to escalate it with my bank.
