I attempted two separate times to purchase digital gift cards for my father and brother, and both times the purchases were cancelled. I wish perfect gift would have been more helpful in assisting and helping me to understand what happened

I placed an order May 28 and unfortunately it was canceled for the art design for a college graduation using a logo. I didn’t see the cancelation.
Today I reordered and removed anything about receiving a Fulbright ETA. It would be nice if in the cancelation it specified the exact reason. Then I would not have to guess.
