Completely useless
Completely useless. Website says 72 hour dispatch and FAST DELIVERY. I was waiting 2 weeks then got in touch with them and they told me they might be dispatched in another 4 to 5 working days and being shipped from the other side of the world. I then looked for reviews and saw other people were waiting weeks or months so I cancelled my order and wrote a review. They immediately called me offering free glasses if I removed the review. I told them to keep them and suggested they put clear postage times on their website.

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service, its now been 6 weeks from ordering and STILL no glasses! No communication from them either. I had to ring them to which they said they would sort this out and either ring me or email me but they never did either! I will NEVER buy from this company again and I want a refund.

Customer Service prompt to resolve issues.
My glasses never arrived which could have been a courier issue not a PG issue. Upon finding out my glasses didn’t arrive via my original trustpilot review I was called by CS and given a swift refund.

I first bought reading glasses with my Boots prescription when lockdown and I had £450 worth of glasses unavailable from Boots

I don't like to give bad reviews but…
I don't like to give bad reviews but I'm going to make an exception with this company to warn you all.
I ordered glasses on 13 March 2023. It is now 3 months later and I still have not received them.
The only reason I believe that they are not totally a scam company is that they actually did send me a pair of glasses after about 3 weeks - quite a long wait in itself. Unfortunately, although one of the lenses was correct, the other was coke bottle thickness. I sent it back, corresponded with them endlessly (they never actually admitted they had got my prescription wrong although they had) and here we are 3 months later and still no glasses.
They have recently refunded my initial charge but I am still out of pocket for the return postage. They also said they would send me the glasses to compensate me. I am most definitely not holding my breath on that one.
Here's a copy of my last email to them:
"Hi
I have not received the glasses and it is now the end of the week.
I struggle to imagine how your company is still in business.
How is it possible to receive an order for your primary product and reason for existence (glasses) and still have not have delivered that ordered product (glasses) 3 months later?
Is this some kind of a joke?
What is the reason?
Was it your first order with 2 lenses?"
Please do yourself a favour and avoid, avoid, avoid!
Let me say that again AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
Slow and Frustrating
Ordered glasses, almost a month for them to say the frames I selected were out of stock. Felt like a bait and switch. Why advertise inventory you don’t have?
Selected alternative frames and it then took ages for them to confirm they had started in the lab. Customer services weren’t very helpful and gave generic answers.
Approximately 42 days from order to arrival.
Not happy with the product as frames are smaller than expected but haven’t the energy to send back.
Previous purchases were fine but won’t order from them again.

Woeful customer service & inadequate product
I ordered glasses from Perfect Glasses only to be told they had quoted the wrong price and I had to pay £49 more. Then, after 4 weeks, the glasses still hadn't been completed and despatched and I was quoted at least another week before they would be ready to be sent. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund.
This same thing happened the last time I bought glasses from them. I most certainly do not recommend them on the basis of my poor customer experience. The finished glasses, though, are fine.
12th January 2023: After cancelling my latest glasses order and being refunded, the glasses arrived during the Christmas holidays. They are, however, unacceptable. Despite providing my up-to-date lens prescription, I can barely see clearly with them. The varifocal lenses have a very narrow field of clear vision at typical computer screen distance and other distances are inadequately corrected.
This company seems to be quite inept. I will never buy from them again and most certainly do not recommend them, certainly not for anything beyond a straightforward lens prescription.
