I picked this company at random as I have no experience in this industry and limited knowledge. However, I feel that I was lucky to go with them as they have been patient when it took me many weeks to finalise my designs and have explained what I needed to do at each turn. To this end I have some great products in my possession. I am especially pleased with the hang tags and the ribbon as they exceed the quality that I was expecting. I would recommend them and intend to use them again.

I was a complete novice to the ins and outs of labels - I didn't know there were so many different decisions to be made in terms of material, cut, laser definition etc but Perfect Labels gave me useful, constructive advice with comparative examples so I could see the differences and were very clear about every stage of the process so there were no misunderstandings. Their website indicates their are keen to provide good customer service - it was what drew me to make my initial enquiry and I wasn't disappointed - their customer care has been excellent.

First time purchasing labels so I didnt have everything at hand that was necessary. I also had to redo my logo and change the dimensions couple times until I perfected it. The person that dealt with my purchase helped a lot. Sent me multiple examples(images) of labels to help me decide on the 1 best for me.. sent me color charts.. sent me a sketch of a label to help me when I had to redo my logo a third time and they were very patient and friendly through it all. Once the labels were complete I received them the next day. Was very happy with the end product so I will continue to get all my labels from them. ALSO.. They are the ONLY company I found online after days of searching that didn't have minimum orders of 2000+. Labels were PERFECT so I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality at an affordable price no matter the quantity

This was the first time we have commissioned a label to be made for us, so we didn't know what we needed or how to go about it. However Karyn made everything so easy and simple for us and we now have a just the label we wanted!

Having spent a while trying to find a label company that would make 50 labels and not charge me for 500, I came across Perfect Labels Lanyards. I spoke to Karyn, who was very helpful and informative, and was happy to create the 50 labels for us for a very good price. She replied promptly to every email and I was kept up to date with the whole process. The sample took just a couple of days to make and our order was made and delivered within 2 weeks. With a very intricate logo, I was worried that we might have to simplify the design, but there was no need to do that, and the detail on the labels has come out brilliantly! They are very high quality, the colour is perfect and overall we are very happy. I am really impressed with Perfect Labels Lanyards, their service has been faultless and I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I got in touch with Perfect Label after months and months of hopeless attempts with other companies demanding much larger order quantities. Other companies I used had terrible quality standards and would just use their own fonts! Terrible.

I was recommended Perfect Labels by a friend, and was happy to pay the extra small cost for the HD printing. It was so worth it because our labels, and samples came back beautifully off the very first image we sent them. After 9 months of sampling with another company, and 3 weeks with perfect label, I can safely say I am blown away. customer service is great and emails are prompt/helpful. Very pleased with the end product, the labels were made quickly and dispatched with royal mail special delivery. The label quality is very high - highly recommended all round. especially when you take into account the superb prices!

I had used Perfect Labels Lanyards before for some standard labels but for this project I required something a little more bespoke. I found Karyn from PLL to be really helpful and quick in answering all my queries. I was also extremely happy to find that although the labels we required weren't a standard size they were still very reasonably priced. The end product turned out great and the detail in the stitching was incredible. I would certainly recommend PPL to anyone in the future.
