Very good communication throughout the whole ordering/production process.
There was a quality issue with some of the labels when we received the first batch but this was promptly dealt with and replacement labels were sent.

My first time buying my own labels so I wanted them to be top quality and perfect . After a lot of searching I made an enquiry and found perfect labels lanyards to be very helpful and they gave me a detailed list of the different types of labels available and reasonably priced. There was a lot of choice as to what labels I could have printed and I found it hard to pick what it was I needed for my company which is starting out. I emailed asking for help and price guides and they replied very quickly everytime, answered all my emails and questions and helped me select my labels with the best offer for them too!

The process was easy, a sample was made and even though it wasn't quite right the first time, I let them know and they quickly corrected the issue making my labels much clearer.

They emailed me throughout the process, confirming address details along with when my labels should arrive and also one to double check I had received my package a couple of days after they had arrived which I have never experienced with another company before and I thought that showed a lot of care towards their customers and products.
