Karyn was extremely helpful and always replied to my e mails straight away.
They only problem I encounter was the instruction on the minumum mm size of lines, there weren't any. So my first attempted was made without the lines I had requested as they were too narrow. It was all sorted out very quickly once the minimum size was explained.
The end result is high quality.

Karyn was very helpful in answering all my queries prior to making a purchase. The labels arrived very quickly and they allowed me to make adjustments after the preview, however note that to make ammendments I was charged another £30 for re-sampling. Overall good service and I am very pleased with the product, very professional outcome.

Ordered 1000 labels, with a fairly complicated logo, the result was excellent and very accurate, in fact the label exceeded my expectations, and they were delivered on time. Would definitely deal with this company again.

Good quality, no hassle or delays. I am very happy with the cotton labels that I have ordered and I can wholeheartedly recommend Perfect Labels to anyone. I came across Perfect Labels on Google, as I needed some tags for my handmade woolly hats. This is the first time I sourced such a product and first time I dealt with Karyn. Altogether I got quotations and samples from three or four other companies. It seems that because the labels are printed by hand Perfect Labels can facilitate smaller orders which is what I needed. For now, at least. Karyn was a pleasure to deal with. She responded to all my questions quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use Perfect Labels again.

I knew my order was very difficult to produce as I have used 9 colours in my logo. Perfect labels were brilliant, they matched the colours exactly and kept me informed at every stage of the process. I received the finished labels today and they are perfect. Exactly how I imagined they would be and the quality is superb. I would recommend this company 100% and will definitely be ordering again.

Perfect Label provide perfect labels! Customer service was excellent, they were very helpful in advising the correct size and format of the label, and produced a nicely made product in an efficient and timely manner.

My wife wanted labels to put in the hats she makes. After corresponding back and forth with sorting the size and dimensions of the logo, we sent the design and they sent us an e-mail with a photo of the sample label. We were happy with the way it looked. When the labels came they looked great! Because of the small letters in our logo, a couple of them weren't 100% clear, but this was not a problem.
Overall we were happy with the product and would recommend them to others!

I am very satisified with the labels I have ordered from Perfect Labels Lanyards. They make a high quality product, very flexible in sizing, reasonable prices, good turnover times.
The customer service is good, they promptly reply every time and do their best to solve te problems.
I did however gave them 4/5 because the process of ordering could be further improved. I have no/very little knowledge about the technical details of label making as I ordered the digital prototype to a graphic designer and experienced certain difficulties while complying to the technical requirements of the labels manufacturing. Still the client serice team and me did manage to find a good solution after all.

Helped with measurements and quality throughout-ended up even better than I expected, definitely using them again.

I was extremely pleased with the results. Karyn was so quick each time to respond to my request and always offered more and better options and included her professional opinion too. She seemed very adamant about making sure i like the end result, which i respected so much as many companies these days just want to make a quick dollar. I loved the results, it looked professional and was delivered even earlier than expected. I am already ordering more dry cleaning custom labels from PLL, they are fantastic!! Highly recommended.
