Polly is amazing!
I had submitted a claim for my dog, and it wasn’t a small amount. Polly assisted me with processing the claim, and she went above and beyond to keep me updated with the progress regularly. Please give her a pay rise/bonus/or employee of the month. She was fab.

Reassuring and helpful
Very kind, reassuring and helpful. I get anxious with these phone calls but absolutely no anxiety whatsoever talking with Flo. She assisted me whilst explaining everything and ensuring I understood what was happening and what I needed to do.

Call handler was excellent and managed to reduce the policy costs towards a better quote I had yet maintained the additional necessary parts of an insurance that many do not cover or have.
It would have been 5 stars if they had offered this from the outset without me having to call.

Perfectly covered
I had asked about my dog getting treated for having a grass seed in her ear as another company said they would treat any visit to the vet as an ongoing symptom and would not cover her for this for two years which really surprised me but Becky at Perfect Pet reassured me she would be covered with their insurance
