I honestly believe I received knock off Orion Bar 7500 Vapes this time on my order from Perfect Vape.
I live in the same metro area as their store (which only allows wholesale pick up, according to their web page), and could have walked the 15 miles, both ways, and would have received my order faster than it shipped! It took 2 and 1/2 weeks!!
Previous orders have been speedy (less than 5 working days), with no issues. This time however, the 2 vapes I finally received (Orion Bar 7500 Blueberry Raspberry and Lost Vape Orion Bar 7500 Cafe Mocha), both burnt out within a week of receiving them! I do not vape that much! I've had to charge them both numerous times and they would still preform poorly after only 1 puff.
I have an Orion Bar 7500 (Banana Cake) that is still preforming well, holding a charge, and still has lots of flavor. It's over a month old!
I will never again use Perfect Vape. I believe that they are a scam.

My first order with this company took almost a month to fulfil. It was marked shipped when in fact, it was not. Upon contacting customer service to inquire why my shipped product (without tracking number) never arrived they said they wanted a copy of my ID. They did not request it until I asked about it and after they marked my product shipped.

I did eventually get that product.

I made another order that as of this writing (and pushing a month again) has not arrived. I did however receive the wrong order. The company insists that I ship them back the incorrect product BEFORE they send the correct product. Given that this company has not been even close to reliable at any point I refused stating I would ship the product back AFTER they fulfilled my original order. They refused and have since become silent.

It is terrible online vape shop. I ordered 18th Aug 10 vapes. I STILL DON’T GET THE VAPES. Today is 12th Sep. Don’t buy this website at all

This place used to get you an order within a week. Now they just don't send anything. Better off paying a higher price at a vape shop.

My first three or four times ordering were pleasant! My last two orders have been horrible! I literally when I used to order before I would have my items within three days! Now when I order, it takes me two weeks or more to get my stuff. They never told me that they switched companies where they ship. They have bad customer service all over the place, I ordered September 1. My items are still sitting where they have been to be shipped out. I will never order from this place again.

They have a new shipping company that is terrible. Stay away unless you don't mind waiting a month to receive your order. I waited two weeks and several emails later before I cancelled my order. They stopped answering my emails, after this, and I never received a refund or my order. This place is the biggest scam on the Internet. Buyer beware,

I’ve been ordering with them for a few years now. Prices are good and aside from a few duds, product is typically good also. They recently must have changed their shipping and the updates as well as time it takes has changed dramatically. I used to order and receive within a week. I’m now sitting at a week and it’s JUST processed and says it’s will still be 1-2 days until it ships and then will take up
to 10 business days to arrive. Not sure why they changed it up, but I’m not pleased at all!!

I've ordered close to 1000$ worth of vape devices and haven't had one defective unit. I've never been shorted and always got my items in 4 days or less. I've used other discount vape stores and the experiences have been far less stellar. Shipping is 10$ regardless how many you buy and the pricing is cheaper than other mainstream sites. I do wish I could figure out why I don't get shipping info emailed automatically but a quick email and I have tracking in 30 minutes or less.

I’ve bought plenty of vapes from this place… the crazy thing is I bought 2 recently and one of them ended up being faulty. They then sent me an email saying they can’t send me a replacement because it’s past 72 hour warranty. Who in the hell uses 2 vapes at the same time ? I use one up first before I open the other one. I’ve been a loyal customer and made plenty of purchases and I’ve never had an issue until now. They couldn’t make an exception ? This type of customer service is garbage!!

I got scammed i ordered a disposable vape and it was all good then i randomly got a email saying my order status changed to refunded when i didnt even request a refund and i never got my money back this all happened today.

This place is a scam. Will take your money and short you on the items you order. Or they will just ship you defected products. I have received multiple vapes that came right out of the package and didn’t work and that’s if they even ship the amount of vapes I ordered. Their customer service is terrible. I followed all the steps in detail that they wanted me to do and they still wouldn’t refund me or swap out the vapes for ones that work.

Put in an order for 10 vapes and they shorted me. Wouldn’t refund more or send me the missing vapes. They blamed it on the mail service they used to ship. Do not give this place your business.

Look. They have updated the website. Now you are provided with a tracking number by default. It is very up to date and helped a lot with solidifying my opinion. I have bought two mod vapes. Both came in perfect condition no coils defective. All juice was sealed properly tastes good. It's all fine! Packaged well. It's a good damn website. So they're definitely getting better and less sketchy about the whole process. Id recommend giving them a try.

I had originally left A bad review. I'm going to take that back. Shipping was 3 day's from the time I bought it. I was worried when I was checking my shipping status and kept saying lable created, waiting on carrier to pick up,then boom it was here I live on Texas so close to Oklahoma from where it ships, So perfect vape was on it and did what they should have!! Thank you perfectvape!! I odered 2 disposables got just what I ordered and no defects!! Prices are great!!! And shipping was on time. Will order from you again. If you see Any negative reviews from me please disregard!!!!

This is my 2nd order with Perfect Vape. I ordered 5 vapes each time and I receive both orders faster than I would of received an Amazon order. Vapes arrived in their original packaging and were just as if I had bought them off the shelf. I will continue to use Perfect Vape and hope their stellar customer service continues as well!

If there were zero stars, I would give it to them horrible company, but 10 vapes that didn’t work which I ordered two months before from another company and they were perfect and all their products were damaged and fake

In the beginning it was nice, they would send my vapes and they would work without question. after about a year i started getting vapes in and one or the other wouldn't fire, it soon got to the point when i would order 12 at least 4 did not fire, they refused to give me a refund on one of these orders because it wasn't within 4 days when the order took a week to ship to me. that day i stopped using perfect vape and i suggest you do too.

I am only able to give genuine positive results from each of my orders placed and received from perfectvape. There has not been any issue worthy of reporting, in fact more opposite. I am pleased with the right amount of correspondence giving me exactly everything needed. They are a no bs no fancy cover genuine good solid company just trying to make it!

I have bought from perfect vape 5 times now. Over all, I don’t have much bad things to say. I always get my order, and most of the time it’s correct. They won’t provide tracking unless you ask, but I’ve had very quick response from customer service with any issues and they’ve worked with me to make things right. My biggest issue with them is the very small selection of liquids, and if you ask them to order something specific for inventory that’s popular they won’t do it. Over all it’s not a bad company though.

Ordered $225 worth of stuff one week ago and they never sent a tracking ID. When requested after 4 days they sent one that for the last 3 days has said label printed but package has not been received by shipper. Save your money and headache and take your business elsewhere.
