In the past 3 months, I've made 5 orders totalling over $1,000. My only complaint is that it takes nearly a month for my orders to reach me. The brand I vape has been discontinued, so it's very hard for me to find them. So I'm happy to have found this online store. I just wish it didn't take so long to recieve my orders.

I’ve used them in the past with no issues but my last order never arrived.
I know that they can no longer use USP service to ship their orders but whoever they are using now apparently can take up to a month to deliver or not in my case. Ordered March 20th, now May 10th.
I’ve been in touch with them and after their last message to me to chase up my order, crickets!
Looks like they’re on the way out and taking orders despite their inability to deliver.
I’ll never risk using them again and after reading other reviews either should anyone else.

Update- One of the vapes were damaged and was turning on by itself and they won’t do anything about it! Save your money and by elsewhere.I read all the bad reviews and got a little worried because I had placed my order on the 18th and a shipping label had been created and I received an email saying my order had shipped when it hadn’t.. But, I received my order on the 26th and all the vapes I bought worked fine.

Worst shipping you will ever find, it’s been a week since i placed my order and it’s stuck somewhere in Las Vegas, customer service takes forever to assist you, and they aren’t open on the weekends. My order was placed on April 12th and it’s now the 20th.

I bought flavorless juice and it tastes horrible. I submitted a return request and it was denied. The product is so awful they know they can't resell their unopened product cause it's in useable. I hope you read these reviews before choosing this company.

I would rather them lower if I could. Half the time disposables don't work and they find any reason not to give a refund.
Then they didn't tell me the kit I bought didn't include a battery so I had to pay another 10 dollars shipping for a 5 dollar battery that still hasn't come almost a month later
They denied the refund request and I don't think I'm getting my battery. So I've wasted more than enough money on these greedy a holes.

Cancelled an order and they will not give me a refund. Just got scammed out of $35 do not buy from this shi**y company

Totally horrible experience with them. Ordered my vapes, first of all the items were shipped literally days after purchase instead of sending them when they were purchased. Second of all, their shipping carrier is pure garbage. You pay shipping fees for that garbage and then good luck receiving it. In my case it’s several weeks as the items are in transit as if I ordered them from Mars. I’ve read som reviews where people were awaiting for months for their delivery. Thus, it’s pure garbage that is not worth spending a penny on…
It’s about time the police would investigate on this shady scam business. Business like that should not be running at all!

Took 1 month to get vape. Then the vape leaked and would not hold fluids. That was the first day.second day it stopped working. I asked for a refund and was ignored. How can the get better,go out of business. To add on to this review I just got an email from perfect Vape and they told me that my refund on this busted piece of junk but they sent me was denied so if you go to this Vape company you're going to get cheated just like I did. I hope everyone has a great day

Shipping was over priced and SLOW. Took from 10/20 to 11/7 to arrive.

I have been ordering from them for about two years now because the price was the best and fast shipping. The last two orders now have been from Las Vegas and pushing 3-4 weeks. I will start looking for other places to buy now because of this.

I’ve decided this place is a joke and will no longer be ordering from them again. I was giving my friends your website as well but I’ll be telling them not to order. 2 weeks and still waiting on my order. Wasn’t like this in August when I ordered. Now things have changed I hear. Well you’ve definitely made the wrong decision because you’re now going to be loosing a lot of customers from this. This really makes me SAD!

When I first started ordering from this company, it was great, I would place my order and have it in the mail in about 4 days, I would have given them 5 stars at that point, but my last 2 orders have been awful, apparently they have changed their shipping company, I do get a delivery notice and tracking information and that’s nice, but the orders have gone to Las Vegas first, and they sit there for over a week before they leave, so now it takes 2 weeks or longer before I get my order, it’s just disappointing now because they actually started out being a pretty good company
