REAL Geek Bars!!

I’ve ordered from them 3 times and the only problem I have is the shipping. It takes forever and the tracking is not great. They do sell legit/real Geek Bars though!!

10 Vapes Faulty- no refund

I bought a box of 10 Hyde vapes. It took several weeks to arrive. But the problem is that the first 2 I opened do not work. But because I had them for a couple of weeks before using them they dont want to credit me at all. Not even for the 8 I didnt open. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years, buying in bulk. They dont care. They said I had to test them in the first week. I guess Im supposed to open 10 vapes at once to test that they are not faulty. Having not had an issue in the 4 years prior I didnt think I had to do that. I have dealt with their extremely long ship times because i do buy in bulk but I will no longer buy from them since they have zero loyalty or care for good customers. They also obviously do not care after seeing all of these bad reviews.

Gave 2 stars because prices are good, but they use bottom of the barrel shipping. Complete garbage shipping 1 week to get picked up at their facility, 1 week to leave osm worldwide facility 1 week to arrive st York pa facility 1 week to arrive st usps 3 days for usps to process and deliver it. And we have to pay for the shipping, if I drove to Las Vegas from the farthest state I would have it quicker... they need to use a different carrier it kills their business order placed 2/23 it is 3/9 order still with osm worldwide

Be ready to wait an average of 2-3 weeks to receive your package, and if you dare to contact their customer support be prepared to be sent through a loop of annoying unhelpful AI responses. This company does not care about it's customers. They have never offered me a discount code or some sort of bonus for the 10+ orders I've got from them with these issues. Despicable.

Reluctantly purchased Hyde vape products from these guys twice...both times I had two to four vape disposables that were dead on arrival let them know about it then they wanted me to send a video I kind of was lost on that one so I just disregarded it but from my second time it was just as bad of an experience if not worse on top of that the vape disposables that did work the second time around worked for maybe 10-12 puffs so basically they were like buying three packs of cigarettes for one little disposable vape which was very very very disappointing buyers beware do not purchase from these people bad bad bad.

Overcharge shipping

This company is a scam, they will take your money, send you wrong or broken product, or not even send anything. It will get lost, and if it is delivered, they won't do anything to help sending it back or refunding for their mistakes. DO NOT USE THEM!

Holy cow what a joke. The shipping is so slow. It's been in Las Vegas for days. I will never order from this place again. Stay away. Unless you have weeks to wait for you order. Update- today is the 21st and it still hadnt left LV. Going to contact my bank for a charge back.

I ordered 10 disposable vapes and have opened 4 and they do not work. 2 won’t even hit at all, and the other two gurgle and hiss and taste burnt. They keep arguing with me and I sent videos. Now I get an email that I can send back the unopened ones and pay shipping. Really, you sent me damaged products and won’t reimburse me for the 4 that don’t work and you want me to pay shipping to send back the others? Horrible customer service. They also take forever to ship, they say it’s because their state has a vape ban and the vapes sent to me came from Las Vegas. I use the brand that I ordered from them and have never had an issue buying them from the store. They are old or bad stock and they are not trying to reimburse me. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away! Pay a couple bucks more and get it from a reputable store. I wish I had read reviews before ordering from them.

I placed an order 17 days ago. It's not here yet.

I placed an order 17 days ago and was charged $10 for shipping. Still no package. I emailed Perfect Vape multiple times to find out what was going on because the tracking numbers give very generic information. Also the tracking info has only updated once since I ordered. They say that they are based on Oklahoma and it is now illegal for them to mail vape products so the order must then go to Las Vegas to be shipped..... No matter how many times I asked what was happening this is all they would say. So I then asked for my money back and was told they couldn't because the package still showed out was out there somewhere in shipping...... Now I've asked for at least the $10 back I was charged for shipping, but I doubt I'll get that either. After 17 days it seems like only the right thing to do, but we'll see. I will NEVER order from this company again and I suggest no one else does either. At this point I'm writing this package off as being lost. If they have this much issue then maybe they just need to move the whole company to Vegas.

I have emailed and keep getting the run around I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. First time using this vape app

First time using this vape app, never again order my vapes still haven’t received them yet, will contact my bank to dispute this charge. It’s been almost a month since I ordered from them. Threaten to cancel my order because I inquired regarding my order asking for age verification, they don’t have a contact number to talk with anyone referring me to the company that ships out there products. Only used them for the price, never again, willing to pay extra for quality service.
