Yeah, just don't bother with this site. I made an order on 02DEC25 and only today received a shipping notice on 12DEC25. I've ordered a few other times from them and it's been the same song and dance. For other sites I usually order more when I'm on my last vape and they show up before I run out. With Perfect Vape you'll be stuck going to your local vape store for weeks while you wait for your package to arrive which, for me, is an issue because they're inflating all the prices as stock runs out due to a disposable vape ban taking place. $10 shipping, btw. Easily the worst handled process on the internet.

stay away from this company at all costs. they are really slow and customer care is terrible

It takes forever and you have to pay shipping. I ordered several products they didn't even ship the order until 5 days after payment was made. We're now 8 days into the order still waiting for delivery. Don't waste your money or time.

If I could leave zero stars i really would this is absolutely the worst site to order vapes from DO NOT ORDER FROM PERFECTVAPES.COM you pay more, lose almost 200 dollars, hateful rude customer service, you dont get your product and they make it impossible to get your money back!! NEVER AGAIN and please head my warning and dont lose your money use ecigmafia or mipod anything else!!

First and last time I order from this company. Placed my order over a week ago and according to the tracking number only thing that has been done is a shipping label was made.
Update: It took 3 weeks for oder to be delivered.

I won't lie, shipping does take time. However, that's because they send out shipments through a 3rd party shipper that then hands over the shipments to USPS. Once USPS has the package, you will receive it within a few days. Your order may take a scenic route to you because of the 3rd party shipper. With that being said, customer service was very helpful with all my questions throughout the while process. Once my order arrived it was better than I expected (flavor and style) It was wrapped with care and arrived safely. If your in a hurry then unfortunately you should go somewhere else. If you don't mind the wait then this is the place for you! Everything went smoothly and I will become a repeat customer. I mean honestly, what's a couple weeks? Lives to sorry to always be in a rush. Thank You Perfect Vape!!!!

When my order took a while to arrive, I contacted them and customer service promptly replied to my email, explaining that their specific shipping route causes a longer delivery time.

The package arrived all in all just under two weeks, intact and exactly as ordered.

In the future I'll make sure to order with extra time to account for their shipment route.

Why is shipping so difficult for this company? You would think that with everyone complaining, they would fix it. It still takes two weeks to receive the product, which is unacceptable given how easy it is for a company to ship.

Used to be legit but now a complete fraud. Spent $100 to get a 32 oz bulk vape juice. What I got was three tiny "Off Stamp" disposable vapes that would cost maybe $15 for all in a gas station. Sent in a small brown envelope with no packing slip from some sketchy po box in Las Vegas NV. Thought I was the victim of a brushing scam - by the time I realized it was even from Perfect Vape (in lieu of what I actually ordered and PAID FOR), too late to return (probably why no mention of Perfect Vape on the envelope or product). They sent me something so they could claim my order was received, typical of scam companies. I will never buy from them again - total fraud!!!

Took over 2 weeks to receive my order for 1 vape! Could NEVER talk to a human when calling that company. They had 2 or 3 different phone numbers. Kept getting recordings. I DO NOT recommend buying ANYTHING from Perfect Vape

It took 11 days for me to receive my order, due to "rerouting to las vegas". When it did come 2 if the 3 vapes I purchased didn't work. I notified customer service and was asked to send a video of myself drawing on the vape to show they didn't work. Im out $40.. lesson learned.

I paid $10.28 for some 18650 batteries and was charged an additional $10.00 for shipping. Apparently, my batteries are living it up in Las Vegas because they have been there with their shipping partner, OSM Worldwide, for the last eight days! I've sent several emails just for them to tell me to wait longer. Ended up walking into a local vape shop and purchasing batteries there. This is the first and last time I buy anything from PerfectVape. They also mention in their email that there is ban on vaping in their state and they have to use this work around to ship products. Sounds fishy to me. Seems like some laws are being broke there. Maybe the authorities in OK would like to know. idk.

I had no problems! I hade read other reviews after I ordered and got scared. All my vapes were fine, they responded immediately, and shipping was actually a week or 2 faster than several other places I ordered. I’ve ordered 2x’s now and have no complaints.

Complete fraud. 9 days after my order I asked for an update and was told they were having logistics issues due to Oklahoma laws. Followed up 4 days later and they said they needed age verification (which is nowhere on their site). Filing formal complaint with Oklahoma attorney general.

Don't use this company. They don't deserve one star, they deserve 5 thumb downs.

They sent it to Las Vegas, then it took 6 days to get to North Las Vegas. Not in USPS system yet after 8 days.

Will be delivered today, 5 days later and over the weekend to top it off. And shipping cost less.

Was 100% scammed. Placed an order, never received, got an order number still didn’t receive. Then was charged an additional $37 WITH NO PURCHASE.

Honestly I wouldn't use this company if my life depended on it. I don't even want to give them 1 star. I paid for my purchase in full, my package made its way to their post office 8 days later. I messaged them and confronted them and my response was "we are closing your due to aggressive wording of your message" I still have not recieved my package and it's going on 2 weeks! I will never use this company ever again! I also don't care fir the fact that you can not speak to a person and the fact that they have no accountability should be all you need to know!

According to your shopping cart, they say they have the product, but then it says "still awaiting fulfillment." It's been over a week, and they haven't delivered or refunded the money.
