I had nothing but problems with these guys. They double charged me for the shipping, and half of my stuff never came!

Iv always had a great experience ordering from them BUT the last time I ordered 4 which I do on a regular and one didn’t work. I contacted costumer service to which I never got a response.

Have had really good luck with this company. Other than a couple of dead disposables, they’ve been great. I have made 3 orders from them. Always great turn around time, though I have learned to not order on a weekend - it takes way longer than ordering on a week day.

Horrible Service. I didn’t receive my vapes I had ordered and I contacted the company to get a shipping update. They stated that they would send an email with shipping updates from stamps.com but that email was never received by me and I still haven’t gotten it. After contacting the post office and perfect vape after a MONTH. Perfect vape refuses to give me a refund or credit me when they’re the ones who fuckeddd up. I was supposed to get ID’d as well upon delivery but I didn’t because perfect vape is illegally selling vapes to minors. That’s my conclusion since they decided to be greedy and selfish. Horrible company do not buy.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do NOT support this disgusting company that sells to minors for profit. The owner is lying. They DO indeed ship to minors! I received a package last week in my mail box addressed to my 15 year old son. He was able to purchase 60mg/ml of vape juice. He has no idea what he is doing with it. You know why? Because his friends do it and they get it supplied from perfectvape. No adult signature required. No age verification or ID required during online sale. This has to be stopped, they have been doing it for years. Check the other comments and comments on their BBB profile from alarmed parents. PARENTS: please report to Oklahoma attorney general as well as to the FDA. Vaping is a huge issue now in our community because teens know they can get it from this online website. They are breaking federal and state laws in doing so! I pray they get slapped with huge fines and shut down! This is very dangerous! I work in a hospital, and there are several teens that have been hospitalized where I work due to vaping, don’t tell me it’s not dangerous for them!

They have already recently been in trouble with the FDA. Look them up.

I have purchased the Hyde disposal vape from here and they were amazing lasted me a while shipping was fast ! I’m buying some more vapes again definitely recommend this place this was my experience!!

I purchased a Geek Vape Aegis X from PerfectVape in April, by September it had stopped turning on. I chalked it up to a dud and purchased another one on September 29th, which was delivered on October 1st. By November 1st I had the exact same issue, so I e-mailed their customer service. This was part of the response I received, “ I do apologize Perfect Vape can no longer compensate for defective mods as it has been past the 30 day warranty.” So because I e-mailed them 31 days after I received the mod, they can’t help me. That’s 2 Aegis X’s that don’t work in a little more than 6 months, over $100, and they can’t help me. Not to mention that Geek Vape’s warranty states that their products are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase and to go through the retailer. So either they’re in direct violation of their warranty, or they’re not an authorized dealer. There was nothing perfect about my experience with PerfectVape.com. I will never order from them again, and I suggest you do the same.

these guys suck....they buy products that dont work and tell their customer like me to f-off. Have all the emails from them and be cautious if buying from them....they clearly told me to go to the company that makes it...So whomever is buying for this shi-t company should be fired as they are buying products that don't work...i have sent emails to the owner and management and they do not respond. I hope no one buys from them and they go out of business. just look at all the reviews hers at the BBB. not a way to do business when your competition is much nicer, cheaper and more professional. lose a customer over 25 bucks is absurd.

They gave me a tracking number for my order that luckily I added to usps tracking, before they removed it from the order and it now says there’s no tracking number for my order. However I had the tracking number saved in my notes and it said it was delivered today at 1:23pm and I checked but nothing was there.

I ordered my 64oz 100mg PG on the Sept 9 on the website it clearly states 1 - 10 days to ship, and they only work M-F so ok for the best price and quality nic.
I can handle a slower ship than other vendors.
On the 14th it ships I had it at my door the 16th.
Well packaged and product was clear, and no funky tastes. Fully satisfied customer here A+

Was looking around online for a yocan wax pen and the one I wanted ‘yocan armor’ was consistently listed at $29.99 on all websites, discovered perfect vape, saw the prices (armor listed at $16.99, after tax and all was $21.00) thought it seemed a little too good to be true, maybe they’re selling fakes.. did a little more digging and found their Better Business Bureau certification page, turns out they’re based in Oklahoma City only a couple hours north of me so I decided to go ahead and take the risk, placed my order last Thursday.. On Friday the postal service had it listed as ‘shipping label created’ and PV as ‘shipped’, I’m aware PV is closed on weekends so when Monday came, around noon and nothing else had been updated on the tracking page I placed a call and left a message to customer service.. to my surprise only a couple hours later the tracking page updated and now 2 days later I have received my Yocan Armor and it is 100% authentic according to the fraud proof label and corresponding code I verified on Yocans own website.. would absolutely recommend Perfect Vape to anyone on the fence, two thumbs up from me, never spoke to customer service but they got my message and acted swiftly!

This place is a total rip off 50% of my order was damaged or not even working they should be shut down their shysters I’m going to the tourney general for Indiana and Oklahoma and making BB reports do not do business with these people !!!

I would give a negative 10. Worst vapes ever. I wasted over $100.00 on useless vapes. I ordered around 30 and only 1 worked. I am throwing them all away. If these were the only vapes on the market, I WOULD quit. Please don't waste your time or money. You cannot even leave a 1 star review in order to write a review. Update:. I contacted the BBB and filed a report and they said that Perfect vape is under investigation. Also, I am starting a class action lawsuit because the one that worked made me sick. Headache, nausea, and diarrhea. This place MUST be shutdown asap!

I ordered two micro USB chargers over a week ago and never received a confirmation email. I emailed them a week ago and asked for confirmation and they haven't responded. I will give it a few more days and will dispute with my bank if I don't hear anything. It's not a large sum of money but it's my money and the fees they will pay for the chargeback dispute are more than my order is even worth so they're better off just doing what's right and sending what I paid for and they need a lesson in customer service. You took my money immediately and now a week later and I haven't received confirmation and they won't respond. I should have read reviews before ordering from them.

This site sells junk. Then when you try to get them to honor their "30 days moneyback guarantee", they will find a reason why they dont have to. total rip off!!!! avoid this site like the plague if you value your money!

I bought 8 disposable 3300 puff hydes from them. They got to my house in 4 days. Im pretty impressed because delivery regardless of the carrier has been slow for everything. All authenticated. Went ahead and purchased a gallon of nic select nicotine base for diy. I've had troubles finding places that will send nic anymore, so i've been out for 7 months. pretty excited to be stocked back up. The price is exactly what i was paying from liquid barn before they stopped celling nicotine. I plan on buying several more gallons and some of their one shots. I feel like a lot of the complaints are unjustified, coming from teenagers who aren't old enough to vape. We are in the middle of covid and packages routinely get lost, stolen, or take forever to arrive. They are a small business, so you have to be patient.

In 4 orders I had issues in 2. Last time they sent me a defective product and denied their responsability since they "can no longer compensate as it has been passed the 48 hour warranty"... Wow! 48 hours warranty ?? Is it a joke or what? I do not sleep by my mailbox...

Like the vales good price we bought in bulk and over half of them where dead called them and said I had 48 hours to test them all out that's crazy they said no vales or money back
