I had a question after I ordered and tried to chat with them from their website. Instead of chat the box just went away when I hit enter. Then I get an e mail from them that said based on your question we have provided the following links. And it was links to their help section which I had already looked at. My question was time sensitive to my order and they were no help. Also, shipping is unreasonable. I found somewhere with free shipping if you order a set amount or more. And it was a low amount.

Loved the quality of the paper, and was very satisfied with customer service, but the shipping speed and turnaround time means I need to order two weeks in advance - that's a little too slow for me.

For the product I was looking for this was a very easy fix.
Will use again when needed.

Normally everything is great - but our previous order (not this order so far) had 2 reams where there was practically no perforation down the center. We had to cut 2 reams worth with scissors. However once the wonderful folks at perforatedpaper.com customer support discovered the issue, they replaced the reams immediately. Great service and great products.

Never new you could order custom perforated paper, and that it was so easy. The customer service rep I chatted with online even helped recommend which paper I should use, and they were spot on.

I was very disappointed in the product I received. When dealing with a new vendor especially related to paper products, customer service has to be a little more investigative and listen to what the customer is asking or not asking....as a result, needless to say, I have 2000 sheets of perforated paper that is tissue paper thin!

I didn't see the template listed that I needed, but when I explained it to them, they knew exactly what I wanted and shipped it to me...pronto.

We had a mishap with our ticket order but I found it very easy to get order fixed and the people really nice to work with.

On my first order, I messed-up and ordered the wrong weight (somehow, lower numbers mean thicker paper -- who knew?). They worked with me to resolve the issue. On my second order, I had to change the shipping to overnight. They picked-up the phone on the first try and modified the order quickly.

The paper itself is good quality and the perforations are excellent.

the online picture of what i ordered didn't really show where the perforation was, it would be nice if this was the case so that i could be sure that i ordered the right paper.

The perforated postcards and invitation cards enable volunteers to assist in the preparation of thousands of in-house publications at Rock Springs Baptist Church. There is no training time, no hazards of using a cutting machine and it is easy to do as a multi-task while answering the phone. Of course, these perforated cards would not be used, if the final results were not absolutely wonderful!
