I am very spoiled! Usually I place an order online or over the phone and it arrives within 3 days, max. I loved the service I received from Perforated Paper.com, but my order took a long time to get here. Like I said, spoiled. I am in customer service myself and really appreciated the niceness of the company, this is lacking in a lot of companies these days! So the next time I order from Perforatedpaper.com, I will plan ahead and order 2 weeks out so that I don't lose momentum, it is a simple fix really. They are a company worth the wait.

The fact that they put a copy of your order and their phone number on the top of every pack of paper makes it easy to re-order without having to look up invoices. Smart thinking, and I like that.
